I've had little issue with this company. They are responsive, they are transparent (they're always letting you know of any connection errors, carrier price hikes, outages, anything) and have really streamlined my whole shipping process.
Pros
ShippingEasy has gone from a powerful shipping program, to a powerful program that gets easier to use with every update. I love that I can save addresses, it cuts down on my computerwork. I can get an order shipped and labeled in under 1 minute. Works for me! And the new tracking that gets sent post shipment to customers is a terrific feature that muy customers love.
Cons
ShippingEasy if you're listening....PLEASE make it so I can change to origin zip code in the "create shipment" tab, and not in settings (which sometimes I forget to switch back) That would be soooo much more convenient.

Pros
Paste and copy addresses to make labels right away, ability to import / sync records. Other features to automatize the process such as import rules, etc.
Cons
The system has 2 major flaws that we have brought to the attention of ShippingEasy but it seems that is not something that is in the works:
1. You cannot do multiple packages. If an order has more than 1 package you can't do it without having to duplicate the shipment for each label. This is an inconvenience and when we have multiple packages we just make them in FedEx directly.
2. Their address verification for Residential / Commercial is linked to USPS not to FedEx. USPS does not charge differently for Residential / Commercial and their methods are different than FedEx so we found out that we were paying more money because ShippingEasy will assign orders to be residential when they were not. This is a major flaw because it creates double work to verify addresses, at that time we just can do it in FedEx.

Though, we're sorry to read that you experienced difficulty with the residential/commercial verification and multi-box shipments for FedEx. In regards to the multi-box shipments, there may have been some confusion on exactly what you were looking for as we do support multiple package shipments for both FedEx and UPS (the process for USPS shipments is duplicating like you mentioned). the integrations with most major shopping carts covers 99% of what I need. I have 1 client using Ultracart that has to do a .csv file for me every day, but it works well enough. everything else aside from the reporting that I am missing gets the job done.
Pros
Very intuitive UI and easy for my employees and clients to use with very little learning curve.
Cons
the maid drawback is there is some report functionality missing that would make my job a lot easier when it comes to invoicing my clients. I have asked about different things a few times and pretty much get the same answer that it is something being considered as a future enhancement, but it never seems to come.

Pros
It's fairly easy to select the best service and ship, and there are inexpensive options for small flat letters, etc.
Cons
I wish I could connect to my PayPal to pay for packages, rather than using a credit card and paying it off. I also wish it would show combinable orders instead of requiring me to select 'combine orders' box. Finally, it does not save package details when checking between services. Actually, I wish it would compare different services (UPS, USPS, FedEx) to be able to select the most cost-effective option.

The flexibility and functionality are phenomenal. It's great to have a "hub" where both order fulfillment and marketing can happen in one place! Leaves our e-commerce platform (volusion) in the dust!
Cons
HTML editing and graphical verification (switching back and forth) of e-mail newsletters is limited which makes it very frustrating, especially when one wants to use font sizes larger than "72" or make inter-document hyperlinks for starters. I hope these features will be added soon!
Also, the ability to cancel or recall e-mail campaigns within say 30 mins, would be very helpful. Sometime you think it's perfect, hit the send button, and see the e-mail at your inbox (for review) and see a problem than you can't fix!!

Pros
I love that ShippingEasy has a CRM integrated with the shipping. Which is constantly being updated to make the program better. Creating Marketing campaigns are easy and selecting which customers get which email and when, you're able to get very specific. Send out a two week email to make sure customers received the correct order and request for reviews. Very Easy.
Cons
To select customers for a specific reason for an email campaign you have to make a list first and save it before sending the campaign.

Great, support was always helpful, but it was the Inventory Management (and lack thereof) that required us to switch. We also wish Houzz was a supported integration, but it is a very niche platform so I can understand why it may not be integrated.
Pros
While we no longer use Shipping easy, it still has been the best shipping service I've used in my 10 years in e-commerce. We had to switch to a system that managed inventory across multiple sales channels and allowed bulk updates, so we had to leave ShippingEasy. We still wish we had the shipping functionality of ShippingEasy in our new system. Our new system is a little clunky, and ShippingEasy had better presets / automatic shipping we would take advantage of to save time during our day.
Cons
We ultimately left ShippingEasy due to the inventory management being an issue and it did not integrate with Houzz. At one point it was working perfectly, but it seems like ShippingEasy all but dropped support for that feature a couple years ago. It could be better now, we just couldn't afford to pay for two shipping service providers. Our new inventory management system also allowed us to ship (not as great as ShippingEasy) so we had to make the smarter choice for our business and drop ShippingEasy. Inventory management coming back in a fashion that truly allows multi-channel e-commerce sellers to manage inventory would be great for a seller like us that uses Amazon, eBay, Houzz, and Shopify.

Bria's help and support is the best part of making the change to this platform. The insurance rates are cheaper but with the extra time cost, I am not sure we are actually saving money.
Cons
It is not user friendly, the labels print from newest to oldest and separate the international and priority from the first class instead of letting me print the labels in the order they were imported, you know, logically. Logic dictates that you would want to print the labels for the oldest orders first, not the newest orders. If I have 50 orders and they are jumbled by mail class and destination, it takes me 5 times longer than Stamps.com to print the batch because I have to do them individually so the orders go out in the order they were received. The training was about showing you all the "cool" (aka useless) features of the platform instead of making it easy for me to use and setting it up for what I need daily. Because of the training lacking usefulness, I have spent extra time sorting out the issues I face (thanks to Bria's help). Bria is the only agent you have that has been willing to help me love a platform I hate, everyone else just says "that feature is not available" or "you cannot do that in this platform" but Bria has worked to come up with creative solutions to get what I need out of this platform. Having to set everything up from packaging to rules is not saving me time and I have found this program to actually take up more of my time than Stamps.com did which I feel is misrepresented by your sales people. I was informed that I could streamline my batches but so far, it's been a lot more work and babysitting from me. Enter Bria the rock star!

ShippingEasy allows me to easily print FedEx, UPS and USPS labels for my website and eBay Store, and to create labels for my other business shipments. It offers excellent USPS discounts and integrates my FedEx account discounts. It also allows me to ship UPS at discounted rates despite not having an account.
Cons
3 small gripes: 1) they don't currently offer 24/7/365 live support which would be nice. 2) when UPS or USPS determines you underpaid for labels, they deduct your account without notice so if you want to contest their adjustments, you have to find them yourself in a timely manner. Otherwise, too bad. 3) their USPS Priority Mail discount is not quite as good as eBay's.

What I love most about this program is Everything! Not only does it send our customers shipment notification emails with tracking numbers but you can set up a variety of automated emails for every possible need. Having been in business for over 20 years I have used many different shipping programs, nothing has ever come close to the abilities of what Shipping Easy can do. Since this program has all of your order data it gives you so many options to reach back out to customers. Each day I discover some other feature I am not using that I should be taking advantage of. If I am ever uncertain how something could benefit me or how to set something up their support staff is the best of the best! So Amazing! You can set up numerous stores with infinite ways to reach out to your customers to increase sales. There is simply no other option for us. Shipping Easy makes our job easier, it cuts down on shipping mistakes and saves us time, energy, and money.
Cons
The only negative that I have found in 10 months of using Shipping Easy is that you cannot create forms to capture email addresses for those customers that wish to receive newsletters. Currently I do still pay another company that has built in forms on my website making it super easy to capture email addresses. On the bright side, because it does have the ability to send emails to anyone that has placed an order, it does not matter if they signed up, I can still send them an email.

Pros
Ease of use, connectivity, for both our shipping needs and marketing are all incredibly important aspects of ShippingEasy. In the 5 years we've been using SE, it has saved us countless hours in creating shipping labels, return labels and tracking packages. We've also begun using their email marketing and have found it easy to use and very functional with the ability to segment customer's buying habits. Very useful. Their customer service is also top notch.
Cons
Honestly, we don't have much to say in the negative category for ShippingEasy. Before finding SE, we created every label individually on the USPS web site. SE took a daily multi-hour process down to minutes. A huge time saver.

I run 2 distinct Shopify stores and my amazon marketplace, all from my single dashboard. We ship many thousands of packages domestically and internationally using UPS, DHL and USPS. I've personally used Shipping Easy every single work day since I signed up 6 years ago! I'm so impressed with how they have grown while continuing to put their customers first. I simply can't imagine starting an e-commerce business without them.

Ha! Must be a trick question! So trick answer. Honestly, over the years any shortcomings or hiccups that I've pointed out have been quickly and thoughtfully resolved.

Not only does the ShippingEASY program make shipping anything from your location EASY, their customer service is superior. They make everything super easy, with their friendly knowledgeable staff. Every time I call, I am greeted by a friendly professional who is ALWAYS able to answer every question I have. Not one time has a representative said "I don't know", if they didn't know the answer right away (which is rare), they knew someone who could help or we worked together to figure out the issue. The two friendliest, most helpful representatives I have had the pleasure of working with are [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. They are both incredible helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are TRULY SUPERIOR. I would be happy to recommend ShippingEasy to anyone who is in need of a shipping program.

Best for Shippingeasy is that it allow me to reprint a label many times. Well, I don't actually need it often as I always have a downloader that downloads a label whenever I print it out. But the issue comes when I need to response to a buyer that I didn't make the order through. It would be a nightmare if I have a pressure of not being able to print it many times. A
Another best is that I can print the name of the item on the label (the names can be different or just a initials of the items that I set in my store). This saved my time and money many times. Having many different kinds of orders out is great, but quite struggling when you don't know what label is belong to which one. Oh, and I saw many sellers that shipped wrong items to a buyer (even in a huge company as I have experienced). A+
But sometimes I see that regional rate box price of USPS is 5 cents more expensive than shippingeasy. If they could fix it, well, I will stick to USPS forever. B

USPS address suggestion: not so good. Sometimes I need to use USPS tool and google map to verify the address. But it's not recognized by shippingeasy again. Not a big issue for me but quite itchy when I have too many in a batch of orders. Hope it will be solve soon. B+
I would give this app an A+++ if there is a batch tracking and alerting system. So that at the end of the day. I won't miss anything. And I can keep track of my customers received the items.

Pros
It's feature rich with new functions being added constantly.
Cons
The inability to add tracking from a local courier or another logistics company. I've seen this requested a bunch but it has never been implemented. Example: This would be for the "mark as shipped" scenario. Right now the drop down only shows carriers that we have linked. It'd be great if there was an "other" option where we could put the name of the logistics company used and add tracking. We ship a lot in the Southeast and Advantage Logistics dominates this area due to their low rates. They do provide tracking numbers but we are unable to attach them to our Fastco store orders though ShippingEasy.

I own a web design & development firm/ad agency with 7 Sr. Application Developers. I've built/skinned a hundred e-commerce sites and integrated with just about every API that exists. For a small to mid-size merchant that wants to fulfill themselves ShippingEasy (SE) is a solid choice. The application is modern and performs well. The UX is clean and very Bootstrap-like with modal pop-ups and lots of AJAX interactions. It's what you'd expect in a modern SaaS. I expect to be shipping 1-3K items per month with SE - about 20 SKUs. The price point is super low and the feature-set is solid. The support is real good. In test mode we're running 4 stores and it just works.
There are a couple of little annoyances like latency between taking an Amazon order and receiving the order in SE, lack of totals in reports (e.g. total dollars revenue, shipping expense, shipping cost). Those annoyances are slight and I suspect that new features will come over time. This is Enterprise software - SE is in the 'big' league.
We wired the API into our custom cart using the ASP.NET code on GitHub. The documentation was not perfect but we got it done in a few hours. Anything the docs were missing was made up by easy access to support. The learning curve was about as EASY at it can get.
I've done more than $1 billion in e-commerce. Without hesitation I'd tell folks to use ShippingEasy. She's not a CRM or call-center application - she's a shipping manager. Shippingeasy is a solid player! So get off Stamps.com and save yourself some time.

I save cost because it tells me the shipping rate my package qualifies for. I also noticed their refund process is easy and quick. Batching printing is way easier.
Pros
ShippingEasy is a software that can never do wrong when it comes to fulfilling your orders and rendering storage facilities. I love the fact that it integrates well with popular payment gateways and softwares like shopify and the rest. I enjoyed 30 days free trial and their customer support is amazing. They do their job well.
Cons
It doesn't integrate well with less popular or uncommon platforms, I guess this is for security reasons. I love the software.

I run multiple online stores and ShippingEasy has been able to streamline my shipping efforts. In addition, their customer service is top notch. I've been able to get immediate help before 9am and have my problems resolved long before my scheduled package pickup.
Pros
ease of use, connection to multiple e-commerce sites
Cons
Sometimes their connecteasy service glitches and I'll have to wait for my labels, or reprinting the missing labels results in double printing.
