The setup is flexible, integrations are extensive, and for critical workflows it can be a real time saver. For small teams, having these automations in place removes a lot of repetitive manual work. > > **Cons**: The biggest downside for us was pricing. Even with very light usage and only a few automations, we had to move to a paid plan that felt expensive for what we actually used. There isn’t a well-priced tier for businesses that need Zapier’s premium features but don’t run high volumes of tasks.
