It has helped me save time at work by being able to schedule everything for publication without having to be aware of daily publications.
Pros
Zoho Social makes it much easier to schedule the content you want to publish on social media at the times when each piece of content can have the most viewers. It has multiple functions that make the entire social media content process easier and more successful. With each post, it analyzes the impact it generated on the audience and thus measures the performance, which helps to better understand what the general public likes and wants.
Cons
For me, Zoho Social has never presented me with any failures or any kind of displeasure that has made me contact support. If I have contacted support, it is to clarify doubts that are answered briefly and very kindly.

The best thing is the ease of integrating any platform and working on different social networks with content programming.
Cons
The less favourable aspects are improvements in interface design and data export for more comprehensive analysis.

Compared to other products out there, Zoho Social is a very strong tool combining some of the best feature of competitors like Hootsuite, with the comfortability of having native integrations to its in-house CRM (Zoho CRM) and other essential tools like Zoho Desk, all together under the same umbrella and thus facilitating tasks' management for different teams all at once.

Its constant updates from the Zoho environment and their well-invested effort to stay on top of tendencies, integrations and improvements in user experience.
