And there’s access to our Patient Responsibility Estimator from the scheduler for alerting patients with close approximations of what they’ll owe after insurance based on the appointment reason/expected procedures empowering clients to better control patient balances.

The scheduler then also supports pre-appointment eligibility verifications in batch mode as often as desired. Its tie into the Workflow Manager helps eliminate bottlenecks, and ensures providers, staff, and expensive diagnostic equipment and examination rooms are operating at peak efficiency and producing revenue.

Our Medics Interactive Reminder Texting option works through the scheduler to keep no-shows to a minimum; they’re also ideal as balance-due reminders driving patients to the MedicsPortal for paying securely online.

Scheduling in MedicsPremier can be centralized or by place(s) of service; an array of scheduling-related reports and dashboards can be generated in roll-up fashion or by place(s) of service, and by any number of user-defined parameters such as provider(s), reason(s), and more.

MedicsPremier produces comprehensive, highly user-definable financial and operational KPIs, dashboards, analytics, and reports almost all of which are exportable to Excel.

Month end closes help ensure data integrity for comparisons and “look-backs.”

Report fields can be drilled into for more details; users can compile, save, and name their reports and schedule them to compile at specified times, days of the week, month, etc.

Built-in Purchasable Products/Non-Medical Services (spa, cosmetician, etc.) manager with inventory tracking, sales tax calculations, a separate checkout window, an ability to pay with gift cards and coupons, and reports apart from the medical side (or they can be combined). The scheduler can be used to bundle a patient’s medical and non-medical appointments if appropriate.
