Hosted widgets provide a link that takes customers to an online form for gathering opt-ins. Live graph reporting lets users track real-time opt-ins via a URL, handy for contests and voting.
The complete TXT180 package enables users to import contacts from previous short code messaging providers. Free inbound messages allow users to receive as many messages as they like, and can be used for receiving customer feedback. The solution allows organizations to collect an unlimited number of subscribers to help users reach their widest audience possible. Additional features include QR code generation, message forwarding, Text 4 Info, and a grouping service that enables opt-ins to join a group.

Pros
I appreciate the clean, user friendly interface and the reliability of the service the most. I've never feared the service not functioning when critical communications need sent.
Cons
no cons in my book. The service works as advertised and is easy to use. If anything, I would suggest a functioning mobile app.

Pros
It is an easy software to use, you do not have to be technically savvy to understand how to use this. I like it a lot.
Cons
There is really no cons on this software, I find it easy and efficient to use. I find txt180 to be a really good way to communicate to your customers.

They used to be good great website easy to use and upgrade but something happened and now it's really difficult for to do my job when I need to I have to wait for them to get to work so I can upgrade to send out sales promotion. It's a pain and has cost me 1,000s in sales because of this. The sec [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] really dont care

A lot of issues. If you want to upgrade you cannot do it with a email such a burden. They dont really care about there customers the system is very finicky and can cost you a lot of money for 1 lol mistake

This is service is easy to use and the best price I found after doing a ton of research! Our list is fairly small, so I am not sure how well the service would work for larger companies, but it has suited us very well the last few months.
Pros
Very inexpensive compared to other service and easy to use! We had it set up and started using it very quickly!
Cons
There are mandatory text messages that have to go out for consent purposes. Unfortunately these text messages count against your monthly total! So initially when people are signing up for your texting list you will burn through a lot of texts!
