I benefit from this app because it makes me aware of how sedentary I am at my job and it entices me to get up and move to earn rewards.
Pros
I love that this software allows me to keep track of my health and fitness along side my FitBit! Not to mention it's set up through my employer and we can earn up to $400 annually for participating!
Cons
There seems to be a few discrepancies when it comes to getting points toward your total score. Some of the tasks you can complete to earn points don't always work. My co-workers and I have noticed that I'll get points for completing a task and they will complete the same task and won't get the points. Other than that, I highly recommend!

Virgin Pulse now is Personify Health. I like how the app is organized and has educational content about wellbeing and health. It helps users track their daily goals. But I wish it was more motivating in terms of rewards. I even didn’t understand where they announce the winners of drawing entries.
Pros
I like that this app tracks your activities like steps, heart rate, sleeping time and so on
Cons
They suggest rewards like $15 gift card for completing some tasks, but they give some particular amount of days for it. But if you earned & redeemed your card earlier, you cannot receive any rewards till the cycle finishes.

An AWFUL customer service experience

Pros
Encourages teams to lead a healthy through a rewards program
Cons
The rewards program is very nice. Unfortunately the teams customer service is HORRIBLE. Virgin Pulse does not publicize a call in number on their site. Essentially they encourage you to communicate with them via email. Your emails can go days without being answered. Also since you are communicating via email when you pose a question they do not have to answer it. They tell you what they want to tell you and ignore your question. You ask another question they take days to respond and so on and so on. I finally got to speak with someone and I felt as if I was beating my head against the wall trying to get them to understand. So then I am like okay... whatever. I concede. They won. The product I order comes in. Its the wrong item. Oh boy. I thought I was done dealing with them but at least I have a phone number. I call and the rep cannot resolve the issue so she has to escalate the ticket. I get a response that since I opened the item it is considered used and I cannot return it. Then "I" had to escalate it. After a couple of email exchanges I finally get the watch I ordered. Why does it have to be so difficult. I purchase things all the time and this was the worse.

Pros
It is a great tool to use and get people involved. You can challenge yourself and others. Great way to have a tool to help with healthy results.
Cons
Sometimes takes a few to calculate the information.
