> **Pros**: Booqable is super easy to use — seriously, you don’t need to be a tech genius to figure it out. I can add rentals or services in seconds, block out dates on the calendar, and keep everything organized without stressing. The payment setup is awesome too — I can send customers a link for either a partial or full payment, which makes closing a booking way faster.&#10;&#10;Inventory management is straightforward, and I love the iCal subscription so I can share the booking calendar with my team and everyone stays in the loop. Performance is solid — no lag, updates happen instantly. Security feels on point too, since payments go through Stripe and everything’s encrypted.&#10;&#10;For the price, it’s a really good deal considering it replaces a bunch of other tools I’d otherwise have to juggle. Support has been quick and friendly whenever I’ve needed help. And honestly, I haven’t run into any big bugs or issues — it’s just been reliable from day one.

> **Cons**: The thing I like least is that email notifications to clients can only be set up using markdown. It works, but it’s pretty limiting. I wish they’d allow HTML so I could send a nice, professional-looking email when someone books with me. It is not calculating delivery by location, its connectivity with WordPress or any marketing funnel is very buggy and limited, their support is slow, not resolving any major issue, and they don't offer any solution beyond their very basic documentation. We are very disappointed because, based on their demo/trial, their system seems to be a one-stop solution. On top of that, they pay influencers to spread lies about the system\!

> **Pros**: Booqable staff are very communicative and usually respond almost right away\! Usually when we suggest some features, they actually look into it\! Their user interface is very self explanitory and easy to use/understand. The booking page / web builder is amazing, and offers plenty of room for customisation.

> **Cons**: What bothers us as a non-profit org. is that booqable recently has moved some subscription plan features around, and the cheapest subscription plan covers only one staff member. For us (film school) it is not very practical (we have 2 staff members responsible for the equipment), and also, the option to bundle inventory items into kits (bundles) is not available, witch can be a very inefficient way to handle film equipment. There have been some times booqable gliches out in the far past (few years ago), but not recently. &#10;&#10;Ofcourse there always are some little ergonomic things in the interface that could be improved, like the option to choose what the bookings calendar shows first, or a "x" button that clears the search bar in calendar bookings view (that would help to speed up the workflow), but those are nitpicks.
