I attempted to close our account via online Chat, left voice messages, and email correspondence. In July 2024, I had to pay a bank fee of $35 for a ACH stop payment transaction. Thankfully, I have a trail of email responses to show our bank in good faith we attempted to close our account with Funraise > > Initially great. Campaigns that have ticketing may galvanize a potential donor who cannot join the event, but want to sponsor an ongoing program...
