Prismic.io is a content management system (CMS) backend for websites and apps which enables developers, marketers and content editors to create, schedule and publish content with a custom type builder, scheduling and previews, full revision history, dynamic layouts, integration fields, multi-language translation features, and more. Custom types help developers work efficiently, ensuring they do not need to install a backend or a database, but simply fill in their templates. Prismic.io is also API-based, allowing users to integrate with their existing projects and CMS.
Prismic.io’s authoring and publishing tools, such as the rich visual editor, allow marketers to create rich content and stories. The visual builder enables users to select and modify fields, as well as drag-and-drop rich text fields, images, color fields, and more to build their custom content. Prismic.io also supports responsive content and enables users to build relationships between custom types by linking articles to categories or authors. Scheduling and project management tools allow users to manage their publication projects and schedule them with releases. Privacy options and individual assignments ensure only selected users can collaborate on releases with sensitive content. The preview functionality allows users to view their website or app before publishing.
Prismic.io ensures users never lose changes with full revision history and draft and publication tracking tools. Users can also see exactly which team member made the change, as well as the change date. The rollback feature allows users to revert to earlier versions and retrieve previous content should any errors be detected. Localization and a translation workflow help marketing and translation teams localize their content and assets (rich text, responsive images) and translate their websites and apps for selected languages. An approval process ensures translations are reviewed and approved by localization managers before publishing. Prismic.io also allows users to create dynamic layouts for landing pages, testimonials and case studies using reusable custom components or content slices.

Overall, its been an excellent product, plenty of scope to create even more components and increase the options we have for creating pages. Prismic staff provided a great tutorial in the early stages to.
Pros
The software is generally very intuitive, its clearly laid out and simple to publish and revert changes. Adding less experienced members of the team as editors is an option because of how simple the UI is. While in other CMS software's, the interface was so confusing we couldn't really do this.
Cons
The initial set up of components is time consuming and required some tutoring from Prismic staff, while this is understandable because of the flexibility of the software, we couldn't hit the ground running as fast as we would have liked.

Pros
It’s easy to understand and use, even if you don’t have a tech background. Looks professional and you can add SEO tags per page
Cons
Content doesn’t always fit easily, sometimes it’s doesn’t align. It doesn’t always publish content immediately. It doesn’t allow for different desktop sizes, so content isn’t the same on different size screens.

It's an amazing productive modern headless CMS, The experience of working with Prismic.io CMS feels good because we have a lot of freedom in website design and development, also teamwork is very easy. It does not matter how many people work on the project from several different locations at the same time, everyone does their job. It's SUPER FAST!
Pros
The ability to edit code online in a team makes good sense for a developer. There are no restrictions on the choice of website development tools and everything is available to you. I use my favorite Framework and Technology and deploy my final project on our organization web-hosting server. I am free to make any changes and our content development and developers team are happy to work with PRISMIC.IO, Things are done faster and with more coordination.
Cons
The number of samples of pre-built themes is nt enough and if must be more, the work can be easier. Because some projects do not need to be designed and built from scratch , and more demo and pre-built themes will save time.

Integrating Prismic was a great experience, from the content type definition to the development experience.
Pros
With Prismic it's not just easy to set up and manage your content, it's almost fun. You have extreme flexibility and a great user experience.
Cons
The way API and bandwidth quotas are managed is not ideal. For high traffic usage, it might get very expensive to the point where you need to build a bespoke caching / optimisation layer.

For SEO it was easy to manage title tags and meta descriptions. We also had JSON fields to edit schema which was a nice luxury too
Cons
It was difficult to find pages in Prismic, the search filter could have been better
