SmartClass is a cloud-based school information and management system for K-12 institutions and other educational establishments. The platform offers a range of integrated modules for enrollment, skills assessment, scheduling, document management, email tracking, workflow management, HR management, and more. With the aim of helping schools to fully digitize their workflows and streamline processes, SmartClass allows users to manage admin tasks such as announcements, enrollment, document sharing, and reporting online from one central platform.
The customizable dashboard within SmartClass allows users to control what is most important to them by organizing widgets including assigned tasks, notifications, and announcements, as well as a real-time news feed. The platform can be used to manage multiple campuses and schools, and management staff can use the Headquarters view to gain an overview of all schools in one place. SmartClass offers over 200 modules and 300 plugins to facilitate complete customization of the platform for users, depending on their required functionality. Key features of SmartClass include the ability to create custom exams, assign homework to students, evaluate students, manage tuition and finances, assign tasks to teachers as well as students, schedule meetings, track the health and physical development of students, and more.

Pros
SmartClass is a great tool for administrators, teachers, parents and students. It keeps track of school/administrative needs by tracking student information from identifying data to grades, report cards, assignments, assessments, absences, classroom management and more.
Cons
Lots of modules in the program makes it difficult to navigate at times.

I've had the opportunity to use SmartClass and I was extremely impressed by its UI and the way everything flows together and responds amazingly, making it one of my favourites.
Pros
SmartClass is one of the best school management solutions out there, standing out in the middle of so many due to it's easy to understand interface, graphs and dashboard, including tons of features like messaging, calendars and gradebooks for all the students, and much more, making it a complete experience.
Cons
There's nothing to dislike here, it's stocked full of features and it's sure to provide a great experience to any user out there, and all of this at a customized price for each school.
