About RefNow
RefNow is a cloud-based reference checking solution for human resource teams and recruiters. It offers a range of features including reference requests, email invitations and reminders, candidate self service, data analysis, customization questions, user management, and more. Designed to help companies make more informed hiring decisions, RefNow allows users to request and review candidate references before choosing the right candidate.
Employers can create reference requests within RefNow and send them directly to the candidate. Candidates are then able to provide referee contact information in response to the request, and a reference questionnaire can then be sent to the referees to complete. Automatic email invitations and reminders can be sent to referees in order to gather feedback in a timely manner. RefNow allows businesses to generate their own questionnaires using custom questions, depending on company, and role-specific, requirements. RefNow offers SSL encryption to ensure that candidate and referee data is sent and stored securely.
