We at the YMCA use Daxko to check-in members, update their membership information and track retention trends. Overall this software does the job well. I would recommend it and put in the top-running for anyone searching for database software.
Pros
Daxko has many different features that allow users and administrators to access different information about guests, track attendance trends, and provide accurate member/guest retention data.
Cons
Daxko can often be difficult to use, depending on what you're searching for. Sometimes, there are specific actions you must take when using the software that could be made easier with a few simple coding changes.

I have worked with the Daxko Operations systems for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. very easy to navigate and very informative.
Pros
I love the ease of use with the entire system, it is very user friendly and any time i have needed help Customer Service has been top notch every single time
Cons
there are a few glitches here and there but that is normal with any system. some things could be a little more user friendly

Cons
When running the listing of who has already checked in, it would be nice to have a sort option. Prefer to see sorted by newest checkin.
When an update is done, show a small list of changes.

I have very much enjoyed Daxko Operations as our member management system and hope to do so for a very long time. I have seen many great improvements over even just the past year and look forward to see how it adapts and improves in the future.
Pros
Daxko Operations is a very intuitive system when it comes to member management. The member profiles are arranged well and information is where it makes sense to be. I appreciate the updates - constant improvement - and the knowledge articles when I am trying to figure something new out or how to make something happen.
Cons
The program setup and registration could be improved - most troubleshooting calls I get from our members is help getting into their online accounts and getting registered. While I understand it well, I frequently find myself explaining the process, which can be lengthy, to new members or community.

This new feature helps reduce some questions in event registration and removes repetitive questions when a member registers for multiple programs.
