With Bewe, users have a clear view of what's going on in the studio for day-to-day management. Customers can get notified about updates in news, or discounts for your business using built-in customer loyalty and marketing tools. All relevant information about each customer is centralized within client profiles.
Bewe also records all inventory information, storing stock information, prices and costs. Pros
It's kind of easy to use for the administrator and for the user.
Cons
Payment processing is a nightmare. Half the time the transactions don't go thru and they have changed the payment gateway a couple of times and then the users have to enter their credit card number again. In my case this resulted in lost income.

Pros
It looks like once you get it set up it would be good, but it's so glitchy now I have little faith we'll actually get it done. They have misspellings and wrong titles for columns in their Excel upload which makes it annoyingly difficult.
Cons
The help to get set up is slow and painful. You run into an issue or bug every other step, and it takes someone 1/2 a day to get back to you with answers.

Pros
NOTHING. The only thing I can say is the price they will work with you and we had over 10 staff so it was cheaper than Vagaro.
Cons
Since day 1 there were so many bugs, we brought this to all of the staff assigned to our account at least 4-5 times over 3-4 months and NOTHING was fixed. Every week we would have a follow up and there was always some excuse. The appointments disappear, when someone books online the appointment won't show up for like 5-10 minutes so you could end up double booking people.

Had a lot of hopes since the seller was over the top of all the features in the software but have been really disappointed.
Pros
Its easy to use, has a intuitive platform, useful reasorces and fast answering customer support.
Cons
Customer support answers quickly but doesn't not offer a real solution. The app never works, and you have to constantly restart the program to function properly. Solutions are offered but never implemented and you have to be daily contacting customer support for a new bug or error in the system.
