Pros
It has been a monumental help in clinching who our target market is. The session records are a service I use continually. By dissecting user behavior on our website, we can select what features are most popular and what areas require the most work.
Cons
The only thing I can think of that might be better is feature to track which guiding pages are responsible for the loftiest percentage of visitors who immediately quit after clicking a link.

Using Visitor Analytics was an excellent experience for me. It has made it pretty clear to me how to improve my blog posts.
Pros
Visitor analytics is the best option to monitor my website visits. because it provides me with valuable information about my site's visitors and their habits. As a result, I'll be able to monitor how many visitors read my site's content, what pages they visit most often, and even which sections of my site they spend the most time on. By using visitor analytics, it is possible to acquire a more detailed view of my site visitors' activities. My website can observe how many customers leave without purchasing anything (and why), how long it takes them to purchase anything (and if so, why), and how much money each customer produces for my business.
Cons
To be honest, I was pleasantly delighted to learn that I can use the visitor analytics tool to estimate the monetary value of my webpage. For me, there are no downsides to this feature.

I do like that I can track where in the world my traffic comes from. I also really enjoy seeing if someone is a repeat visitor. I regret spending the extra money to be able to have recordings available. When I signed up for that perk, I got only a few recordings, and then nothing more. Not worth the money; it's not easy to understand how to get the all recordings I paid extra for.
Pros
I really enjoy being able to see the approximate location of people looking at my site. I also like how many ways in which analytics analyzes traffic patterns.
Cons
There are actually too many bells and whistles with the current updated version. It was easier to navigate before.

very fast and real time tracking, easy friendly software. visitor recording is an interesting feature which has helped be know my customers behaviour on the website. will definitely use this software for my other business website too.
Cons
pricing is quite expensive for a small business owner which could be worked on to grab larger audience. software sometimes hangs or lags for me.
