I am very much happy that I found Platoforms, there some specific requirement needed and it exactly met our requirement. The workflow creation option was the key feature that won my attention and helped me in meeting my requirements. The UI of this service is also really good.
Pros
It met all our requirements needed for the creation of our form for a dealer agreement.
Cons
Form limitation of 2 in the base pricing category.

Very easy to use. Ability to incorporate my previously designed pdf files is a definite plus.
Cons
Not really a con, but only being able to publish one form at a time using the free version. But then, you get what you pay for.

it was great at the beginning but the billing structure and use became to difficult as it was...
it was great at the beginning but the billing structure and use became to difficult as it was charging for older forms without clarity on how to remove them and update to new forms.
Pros
fairly easy to use and collect the information from multiple sources
Cons
hard to remove and or change the published form so we have live with it
