Useful for messaging, but has some flaws

It is useful for sending text messages to other users, but I would use other apps for making calls.
It is useful for sending text messages to other users, but I would use other apps for making calls.
Pros
The messaging option is easy to use, and it is easy enough to attach photos or other attachments.
Cons
The calling service is not always working as well as with other providers. Also, you get a message every time one of your contacts joins Viber, which is a bit annoying. You also get promotional messages from Viber from time to time.

Overall, I like Viber because it is very easy to use, it connects me to different business contacts and most especially its feature of being organized in just 1 conversation. I love how I am able to navigate file, links and media separately in the conversation.
Pros
I like most about viber is its end-to-end encryption feature, very user-friendly and most of all its feature of knowing who called in my mobile number (as long as the number who called also has a viber account) even though it is not registered on my contacts. So, I have the option either to just ignore the unknown number who call or answer it.
Cons
I like least about viber is its feature of not being able to send pictures in a group. Nothing else.
