Pros

The most important part for using this product is the integration we needed for our CRM.

Cons

I did not enjoy the setting up portion and building out the forms we use now.

Pros

The customizations and time saved by emailing contracts

Cons

The online training could be improved, maybe create a document step by step using all the tools available instead of a video that I have to search for to even know that was an option.

Poor document signing

Pros

I did not like much of anything with this software

Cons

Not able to print or save a copy of a document that I signed. Not only was I not able to get a copy of the document that I signed, the vendor was not able to provide me with a copy of what I signed.
In addition, you make it extremely difficult and time-consuming to provide feedback.

Thanks for the feedback Phillip! However, in our application you can certainly save, print, email and send documents for signature. In addition, the documents are saved in the cloud and accessible via your web portal (per the Documents page).

Our "Send to Sign" functionality is simple to use and allows you to customize signing request for up to 5 signers and can even allow you to sign documents in a signer order. Regarding feedback, we have a ticketing system that makes it super easy to get help and provide feedback directly from within the app. We confirmed and do not have any tickets or support request from you.

We are happy to connect with you and do a screen share and help you out directly.

We're able to sign customers much quicker and in the field by using naturalForms. Customers are able to read over the contracts with the sales rep with them standing there with them - which then allows them to ask questions directly to them and not have to call or email later on.

Pros

This software is VERY easy to use and upload forms and fields to. It allows our sales reps to provide documents to customers in the field and they can even sign the forms right on their ipad/tablets. Then the forms are automatically emailed to the sales rep and customer once they are submitted/signed.

Cons

The app seems to have issues sometimes in regards to submitting documents and emailing them. It doesn't happen to every user, but we've had some have glitches. It's also not very compatible with Android devices, but is very compatible with Apple devices.

It's been helpful to us in signing contracts with new customers in the field. It makes it much easier than having to fill out a hard copy by handwriting it and/or mailing/emailing and having them sign it and send it back. Being able to do all of it in the field gets the job moving much quicker.

Pros

The forms are very easy to set up. It's also very helpful for our sales personnel to use in the field and have customers fill out information and sign contracts right then and there.

Cons

It doesn't work well with Android devices. It also tends to have issues within the apps on iphones and ipads where it won't allow the user to submit documents/email documents.
