The personal touch was a big selling point in the initial tender stage, this wasnt just a promise but has been a real high, the availability of the support and the willingness to listen to their customers needs and adapt the system is a huge improvement from other systems i have used .
Pros
The fact that almost everything is customizable to adapt to our company's language. the simple but functional way it operates, making it easy for the end user wile allowing the E&HS manager to get detailed information and reports.
Cons
there were some teething issues with notifications but on the while they have been rectified by the team

SafetyQube is very versatile and allows for you to tailor to the companies needs.
Cons
Like anything worthwhile, the startup time is a drawback but once the system is up and running the time spent preparing the documents becomes worthwhile because the process becomes quick and repeatable.

I have been a client of QuberTech for eight months. We needed to replace our old OH&S management system, SafetyQube was our preferred choice. The team at QuberTech could not have been more helpful or engaging. They helped us rebuild our system from the ground up. We needed to make changes as we aren't mainstream OH&S. They listened and were able to make changes, evolving with us.
I have no hesitation in recommending SafetyQube to support your OH&S management needs.
Pros
Its ease of use. You will have to do the groundwork and build your forms, but you will be supported all the way, even offered solutions before problems arose. I use SafetyQube for my audits, inspections, OH&S risk assessments and accident/incident investigations. All reports are easy to compile, fully interactive, and the PDFs produced for each report have a professional look and feel about them.
Cons
My experience with SafetyQube has all been positive. Nothing negative to say.
