get.chat's solution for WhatsApp Business API consists of two main features:
- A Shared Web Inbox that allows multiple employees (5 or more) to receive WhatsApp messages on multiple devices using one WhatsApp number. The Interface is pretty similar to that of WhatsApp Web; it enables its users to send messages, attachments, Voice Notes, template messages, and saved responses. In addition to the latter features, you are able to assign chats to different users or groups and add tags to conversations.
-An Integration API which helps users connect their WhatsApp to third-party applications such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Jira service management, and much more! Custom APIs connections between WhatsApp and other applications can be built using the integration API's endpoints.
You can build an integration yourself or use one of our prebuilt ones: HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Google Contacts (Google People API).
Following integrations are available through Zapier: Gmail, Slack, Jira, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, HubSpot, Intercom, and Pipedrive.

Pros
Excellent support, engaging and well-presented material, and a consistently skilled manner are the software's first feelings. We have no intention of switching providers due to how pleasant it is to our sales associates and customers and its shown by the surveys that we distribute to our customer.
Cons
The design of get.chat needs improvement, as it is challenging to use for the average user who is not a specialist. It is confusing to navigate thru all the feature and i have seen other software that are better in this element.

No Need for Email Communication with the Help of get.chat

Pros
Sending instant messages and live chat are among the best aspects about get.chat.
I do not need email to send and receive DMs with get.chat.
One number across many devices is another aspect that I like.
Cons
Thanks for asking, but at the moment get.chat seldom has nothing that I regret about.

Pros
One of my favorite features of Get.Chat is its omnichannel capability. It allows me to integrate my messages across various channels, such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and more, in order to reach my customers faster and more efficiently.Another great feature I love is its flexible pricing model. Get.Chat offers plans that cater to different customer needs, making it easy to customize and find the right plan for my business. The customer service team is also very helpful, responding quickly to my questions and providing great support.
Cons
On the other hand, one feature I don’t like about Get.Chat is its limited automation capabilities. Although Get.Chat offers basic automation features, I would like to have more advanced automation options that could help me save time.

get.chat product is a self-explanatory multi-purposed WYSIWYG which helps team to access multiple messages using different devices. Generally, it maximize team collaboration and productivity on the go.
Pros
Possession of great rule engine to enhance seamless integration with Zapier and Hubspot softwares in order to enable user to communicate simultaneously. It is fully powered by the official WhatsApp Business API from 360dialog.
Cons
From my own experience, get.chat product has no single dislike since it over delivers all it was purposed for during its development.
