The entire program is accessible on a single screen, with the access hub customizable using customizable layouts. Charms Office Assistant provides students' parents with a secure financial management system that enables them to keep an eye on bank accounts, fundraisers, and budgets at any time. It also comes equipped with a recorder/dialer so that parents can send voice or text messages to any person just by recording their message, filtering through the contact list and clicking dial.
In terms of communication tools, it offers emailing, calling, and messaging features along with news feeds for parents along with student portals equipped with a built-in recorder for the two-way communication channels.

It was one of the first tools used in this segment and, as difficult as it was to use, it made the classes a little more organized.
Pros
It makes it possible for students and teachers to participate in many different types of classes with different musical instruments. It has a well-organized panel that even allows you to register homework
Cons
The biggest disadvantage is that it doesn't have such a user-friendly platform and it's a little difficult to learn to use.

From my experience, there wasn't much to love about charms. I see how it could be helpful for teachers, but it's a nightmare for students,
Pros
When my orchestra teacher was unable to make it to school we would have quizzes or chair tests on charms. I hated it. Sometimes we used it for homework and it was the worst. I could never get it to work right. The audio was wrought and sometimes when I was recording it would stop recorded randomly on its own. Charm days were the worst days.
Cons
It was really hard to use and didn't work most of the time. My brother has to use it for band and he can't stand it either. He never wants to do his work on charms. It would stop recording on its own, and was always super confusing to log on to. It was really hard getting into the right class and turn in work.
