> **Pros**: The scheduling capability is like no other system I have seen. It allows for both micro and macro views of the schedule. I love that you can view individual staff schedules within the overall weekly client schedule.

> **Cons**: Communication within the system. Communication from the admin perspective is great, but I wish the caregivers could communicate through the secure, HIPPA compliant system as well. This would allow them to pass on information regarding clients and get shift coverage. 
I would like for the admin to have access to these communications as well.

> **Pros**: I appreciate the ease and timeliness of requests for support.  I also love the variety of useful reports available for uses outside of ERSP. I feel the cost is a good value.

> **Cons**: The security breach was really painful...Glad it was resolved fairly quick and hope that never happens again. (Could always have been worse).
I also feel that occasionally I am given vague answers when inquiring about a problem with EVV.  I am trying to determine if it is an error on my end or a glitch in the system.  If they are not sure, would be good to tell me either way.

> I have been working for Comfort Keepers for over 17 years and feel ERSP has kept up with the changing needs/requirements of our Franchise.  Ex: Medicaid module, EVV, family portal, Geolocation, etc.

> **Pros**: Some of it's functionality like inputting caregivers credential and the report for pulling credentials.  Printing caregivers ID badge

> **Cons**: Compare to other scheduling software, eRSP scheduling software is a bit antiquated.  We have had eRSP for about 5yrs or more now and still unable to use the skilled nursing side of it as we don't even understand how it works.  There is no workflow system in eRSP.  Most software companies now have where you can have all admissions documentation in the system so nurses don't have to take paperwork to clients home.  Skilled nursing visits cannot be documented in eRSP.

> Customer service is not what it used to be.  Cannot talk to a like person.

> **Pros**: It is user-friendly and good for home-care agencies like ours and the price is reasonable.

> **Cons**: After the outage in January 2024, we worry that it will happen again.  Also, they don't respond to our calls in a timely manner since the new company took over.  And, they don't spend any money on upgrading.  None of our suggestions ever see the light of day.
> 
> We have had eRSP for over 20 years and, except for the recent outage, we have had minor complaints.  We have been overall very pleased.

> **Pros**: That you can run a report if somebody calls out at the last minute and get someone else in the shift\!

> **Cons**: That it crashed last year, and we had many questions to ask, but could not get anyone on the line\! We had to leave messages that were never returned.
> 
> eRSP is a respected program. It gives us all we need in a scheduling system. We can make changes in our regions to add caregivers at the drop of a hat. Make reports and other scheduling duties.
