I'd rate this product a 3/5. It does what you need it to but it requires more administration that it should and the performance is poor.
Pros
The tool does what you need it to do from a network performance standpoint. The features allow your typical network monitoring, including devices applications and services. As such it helps to troubleshoot and avoid unnecessary downtime.
Cons
Product feels dated and the performance is pretty bad when compared to other tools out there that are cheaper
