In such a short interval the platform has made our marketing strategy better. ContactPigeon has already proven an essential tool for our goals and our sales.
Pros
Since onboarding in December 2023, I haven’t seen the platform’s capabilities yet, but I’m very pleased with all these channels. I can say for sure that the implementation of registration pop-ups and recovery automations, like cart and browse abandonment, have already started to yield positive results. Moreover, push notifications are very efficient for extra revenue and brand awareness, especially when I have to promote discounts and special offers. Not to mention, that when the Viber activation is completed, we will expand our brand’s reach even further.
Cons
I have yet to tap into all the capabilities ContactPigeon offers fully. Especially with the more sophisticated functionalities, I still have a lot to explore, but I expect this to smooth out soon.

The platform is great for automated email and re-purchase campaigns and the pop-ups are very effective for registration and cart recovery. I like it because it is easy to use and I can send different campaigns for different actions.
Cons

The platform’s capabilities can create a unified strategy across different channels and drive sales. It is a value-for-money tool that brings ROI and the support team always urges me to implement new ideas and use more features.
Pros
Since starting collaborating with the ContactPigeon team in February, I have observed an increase in revenue and an improvement in our performance metrics. I use multiple automations, like, browse and cart abandonment or “orders over 15” to recover sales and re-engage visitors that have disappeared and bring them back. I have also noticed that sign-up pop-ups increase revenue and subscribers and seasonal campaigns increase revenue. So, all in all, the mix is working really well.
Cons
No complaints about the team and the platform, I just have to use the features a little more because I know that the engagement rates can improve further.

Overall, ContactPigeon has been valuable for custom features, automations, and personalization. The features have helped us increase our subscribers and reduce cart abandonment rates, leading to better retention and sales.
Pros
ContactPigeon has improved our operational efficiency since January 2023. The almost-complete integration with our ERP system and the automations give us more flexibility and options for different triggers. Channels such as browse-cart actions and welcome sign-up forms linked to landing pages have proved very effective, and we love having all these different choices to experiment with. The customization options tailored for Greece, the UK, and Cyprus have also improved our market-specific engagement.
Cons
We have experienced some glitches along the way, but they are infrequent. Besides, the support team is responsive and resolves issues promptly.

Overall, we are happy with the tool that ContactPigeon provides and with our account manager. We have not been able to use the platform to its full potential however, we plan on using pop-ups, and any feature related to newsletter sign-up.
Pros
Since we are an organization we do not use ContactPigeon for commercial purposes. However, we are satisfied with the team and the platform. They are always there to help us and quick to answer. We use the platform to send communications and design landing pages for our events and more.
Cons
We don’t have anything to mention here. The team provides us with information and any help we might need.

One of the easiest platforms we have used, and the biggest benefit is that it is all-in-one. Some of the features that we have used are automations, push notifications, and pop-ups. We use both the basic automaitons like cart and browse abandonment and some of the most intricate ones like new arrivals and price drop.
Cons
There are no negatives. We may have had some issues with a couple of custom implementations but nothing that wasn’t quickly fixed.

I really like the browse and cart recovery features, like the automations and the pop-ups because, besides the results, they also have a nice interface that makes it easy to set them up and manage them. Additionally, the push notifications and the campaigns with the special offers are improving customer outreach and conversions.

Email and automations like price-drop reminders and new arrivals are the best for us when it comes to high revenue. My company has been partnering with ContactPigeon’s team since 2021, and I can say that I am extremely happy with them. Customer support team constantly offers its best practices for our type of business, since it’s a B2B company. Regarding the platform, I use frequently the drag-and-drop editor as I send a lot of email newsletters to our customer base.
Cons
I am pretty sure that I could take advantage of the platform and its features more, but so far I have nothing wrong to say.
