It helps to attract customers to my website by providing reward catalogs to customers and incentives them to purchase products

It's a big complicated to use if you don't know what you are doing. Also, sometimes the system bugs and it crashes.

The point system and how extensive the catalog is

Some items can be a bit expensive in points cost

Easy to navigate and surf around the website.

Points are a little high for some products. It can take over a year to collect points.

I love how the entire team has the ability to recognize and shout out any employee or department and also All employees are involved.

It gives people a chance to cheer on there co workers and acknowledge there contributions to the company .

We get to know more about the employees from the other sites.

No visa card in the marketplace, really the only I don't like about Applauz. Everything else is good.

I like being able to recognize any of my collogues at any time for their achievements & also earning points to order gift cards etc.

I genuinely don't really have any complaints.

They have so many items to pick from and the quality of the items are great. They offer high end gifts to pick from. Great ideas.

I don't have anything that I don't like about this program. I am very happy with everything and would highly recommend it to other companies.

It was easy to search for items I was interested in with great info about the product.

I personally find the interface a little confusing (clicking likes on the correct message and the like).

is that the customization options for rewards could be a bit more flexible. While the platform offers great features for recognizing achievements, I think expanding the variety of rewards or allowing for more personalization in the recognition process would enhance the experience even further.

Very easy system to utilize for recognition with credits easily converted to merchandise.

Sometimes I forget that I have credit waiting to be used.

The customer support is amazing, they were able to customize what we asked for and are always easy to get on the phone and discuss issues or get help.

Some minor issues with the site and purchasing.

That I can purchase gift cards and the variety of gift cards.

It's slow and to log into the platform you have to manually login vs using a password program.

It is a refreshing way to engage with employees both to recognize the daily efforts and to strengthen company culture.

It is one more site to login to on a regular basis.
