Overall, my experience on Crew Platform has been better than our previous platform - definitely an upgrade. I think our organization is doing a lot of unprecedented things on the platform and crew has been great at doing everything they can to accommodate our growing pains. We look forward to the continued growth and adaptations.
Pros
Crew Platform has made it easy to look at our membership base at a high level. Our members seem to enjoy the platform more than our previous one.
Cons
The membership management part of Crew Platform can be frustrating. Exporting form data becomes chaotic if you change anything in the form along the way, which happens often. Also, organizing the settings for different tracks and forms can be pretty confusing and not so intuitive, leading to wasted time clicking around and trying different settings to see if you're getting the intended results. I wish the controls were more intuitive including adding/removing members to different groups. Furthermore, we seem to run into an issue of event time notifications being sent in Central Time, despite the settings saying Eastern Time, which causes confusion for our members.

Wonderful platform for nonprofit communities

Pros
Our Crew platform hosts all of our community communications - online events, e-news, participant & volunteer curriculum, discussions, etc. It's a reliable central gathering place and we value it highly.
Cons
I built out our community structure and that's not my area of expertise, so take this with a grain of salt! I don't always catch all of the settings on the first go-round, so have to go back and add modules to a cohort's dashboard or set meetings to be visible only to those who are included.

Incredible platform, phenomenal support!

Pros
I love the ease of using the program and customizing it to my needs. It’s very user-friendly and above all the support team is absolutely incredible! If I ever have a question, recommendation, or problem they respond right away and help to provide solutions. I also Love the gamification aspect of the platform. The system has saved me a tremendous amount of time and made my procedure so much more streamlined.
Cons
The beautiful thing about the platform is that if you feel that there is something missing the likelihood is that the team is already working on developing that. The team is always open to hearing feedback and bettering the system to fit your needs.

Pros
The platform is very easy to use and one can easily deploy their movement online in less than a month! The customer service is also very fast and friendly in case you run into any issues. The students we had on the platform also reported that it was very easy to use.
Cons
The platform needs some guidance to use at first for administrators.
