Glassdoor Reviews

Again, we need to differ between glassdoor for employers, and for jobseekers. I use glassdoor when searching for a job, and found both the uploading process (cv etc.) and reviews very helpful. I read reviews as a standard procedure even when dealing with clients- I love people, and working with them, so an abundance of bad reviews is a bad sign- and I like to be prepared.

Nothing really comes to mind. I think it is great the way it is.

Glassdoor provides a better interface with ai features for both, employers and applicant. It is contained with all required information points, you have to complete your profiles with real data. It is better at some points compare to LinkedIn.

Employers cant post job directly, if it is true,not liked in my opinion.

Extremely happy with the ease of use with Glassdoor! It's been great!

For a smaller company like ours, it did everything we needed to stay organized.

Glassdoor is very easy to navigate and it gives me assistance in finding candidates for my job!

I have not run into any negative things to say.

It 8s easy to search for jobs by category and by location

I think the site need to block spam job postings that are usually posted on the site and equally block fraudulent job posters

The reviews posted encompass almost all insider things about an organization which is really helpful for both choosing a company.

It could be vendetta feedback posted with wrong intentions ; such reviews might negatively influence decision making

It's really assertive and easy to use. Very friendly dashboard and clear on the searching questions

Sometimes the software doesn't refresh correctly

This is the site that I used to check the industry salary rates of different companies. Users can give sensitive information like their salary, company environment, benefits and other job related data anonymously. This really update me about the insights of the other IT companies and I can make decision based on whether I'm inline with the current industry standards.

Some data accuracy is debatable and there is a problem on what content to trust.

I like being able to read overviews about competing companies, my clients, or companies where I sent applications to.

I don't like the fact that I have to sign up and give my personal details to read reviews of other companies.

The reviews from Employees at the companies is great, it allows an inside perspective.

You have to make an account to see all of the reviews.

Understanding market trends and other companies in my industry.

It's not something I use day to day so nothing I dislike.

I always get job publications in my e-mail. I highly recommend this software.

I haven't found a dissadvantage so far. Everything works well.

Mostly i liked here is posting jobs on online and finding resumes. It's really makes my job very easy

Least means I don't have anything to say here. It's really best software for recruiting purpose. Highly recommend this to everyone

What I like most is how efficient it is with filtering which kind of job you're looking for.

The job postings can sometimes be a bit vague, so it would be nice if Glassdoor could request more information and details.

I like all the different features that Glassdoor has to offer. It is very convenient that all of these features are located in one spot and easy to navigate.

There is nothing I do not like about the Glassdoor App.

the most I liked about this software is that you can check up the average salaries for such a job, I kinda use it as an indicator of whether I'm getting scammed with job offers or not because its based on real people reporting which I love

the way that you apply to jobs & filling everything always is annoying, they should be more like Indeed with their prefilled from your profile

I like the fact that job postings are easier. I love the fact that this particular platform notifies those using the platform. The fact that Glassdoor also notifies people applying for positions at a company what other positions are available for that same company is helpful and great.

There was nothing I liked least about this software.

The most I like about this software is the fact this software could be used to understand what jobs I could apply to and then I get to read interviews as which is the best part of glassdoor for me. Apart from this, the software gives an overview of the total pay(base, stocks, joining bonus etc.) given to a candidate which helps tremendously during salary negotiation if less salary is being provided for a person of a same job position, location and firm when compared to the salaries mentioned on glassdoor. Even market pay of a particular job profile could be gauged from this software as well.

The least I like about this is nothing to me actually as I truly love every aspect I explored in this app.
