Very easy to understand, accesible, user-friendly, self-explanatory

Nothing, there have been no problems pr anything

I like nothing about this product. Its not mobile friendly lost all my receipts for 2 weeks cost me 1000.00 euro.

Do not use this product its not mobile friendly, especially for apple users, it loses receipts and costs me over 1000.00 euros and several hours of time to recover a small portion.

Very simple and convenient. Evey time when I finish business travel, I can just up load my receipts hier.

Not yet. I don't think three is a big con.

Digitalisation of receipts is on spot. Any language can be translated to the English

App version and desktop version is inconsistent.

I can upload more receipts photos in desktop version for a single expense. App doesnot allow that function

It is very easy and efficient to use. I love the photo recognition that helps all my receipt data uploaded

Based on my experience,so far everything is good

It takes away the communication and alignment part, where I'd have to send an email somewhere and wait for the response, and check on status of my request. I like it's easy to use and also the functionality where it automatically fills some information for me.

I don't like for my lunch benefit I can not bulk upload images for different lunches (not just for one) and that I can not copy paste screenshot images, but always have to upload them.

The upload functionality in the mobile application.

The user interface used to be a bit confusing.

It is easy to upload documents and submit them

sometimes auto detecting expense amount from document is wrong. for example I uploaded xx SAR expense, and app thought it was xx dollars.

Its simple and easy to use. Automatic bill-screening works well. All in all it does exactly what is required.

Nothing, for my use cases it does exactly what needs to be done. Only improvement suggestion is to have a folder with expenses directly linked, so bills dont have to be uploaded and scanned (which takes like 15 sec) but only selected and are already prescanned (which would save some time and make the experience even better)

It is easy to use! You just need to upload the receipt and feel the requirements!

The option for goal of expenses are in german, even through the other fields are in english.

The intuitiveness of the app and the automated processes, make it super easy to cope along.

It is an easy feature for employees to submit their invoices - via a web version or by mobile phone. It is nice to upload an invoice in 3 to 5 minutes. Often OCR scanner works if the format is fine.

I am not 100% sure how our accounting is working with Circula and how the integration flows to the accounting tool. Sometimes it takes a bit of time that my invoices are fully approved and I receive my payout. In general, a unified invoice format would help all parties to proceed faster.

The web-UI is great, very intuitive. Nothing to complain.

I would like to take a photo of a receipt and store it right away into an expense report. Here the scan and upload process is still very heavy. I like to complete the report at my PC and just upload receipts via my mobile

Usability is very well designend and makes tracking travel expanses easy.

Having a template for travels with the same destination and purpose is missing.
