Pros

Compared to other sites and platforms it is very reasonable to use and the cost is worth every penny.
Menu is very easy to create
Customer service and support are one of the best, honestly haven't had such a great experience for a very long time!

Cons

Not much really.
Would probably like to have the option to personalise your page more to your trade, meaning to look more like am individual website, which will be great!

The support team were wonderful and the systems were easy to implement when you have a basic knowledge of how such things work.

Pros

The reports have been invaluable for stock purchases according to events, and the ease of use has meant that everything always runs smoothly. I'd started using it because of the pandemic but have continued afterwards because it's so useful.

Cons

It's all been simple to use as a standalone system.

Storekit has helped me launch my small food business into the food scene. So far the experience has been very positive.

Pros

Storekit has a very clear and intuitive interface, is very easy to set up, really catered to the needs of small food businesses, and has a fantastic technical support team.

Cons

I wish the interface could allow a higher degree of customisation (colour palette, cover image, etc.)The fee is a bit high, but considering the good tech support it is ok.

I’ve been really impressed so far. I only wish it had the ability to offer a simple pos till system because I run square on our van, Storekit at our prep kitchen and WhatsApp for business on the van for preorders. Ideally, I’d do away with square and WhatsApp and have Storekit on the van but the fact that it cannot take walk up payments is disappointing.

Pros

I thought the software was very simple to adapt, such as changing the menu, adding pictures. Also, absolutely loads of different ways to manage pre ordering slots.

Cons

Would be better that if a customer makes an error, we can switch the slot vs just refunding the customer. Equally, it would be good to have the ability to see which of the orders coming up are in a similar geographical location to make routing better for the environment and maximise driver deliveries.

Storekit allows for direct to consumer to be as streamlined as possible and gives my business a more professional feel and appearance, compared to placing orders via email/WhatsApp or IG DMs. Also SK offers additional features beyond what could be achieved by manually accepting orders without SK, e.g. reporting&statistics, order tracking, notifications, opening times, integration with other softwares.

Pros

I like that SK is easy to use, easy to setup and requires little effort on the backend to get up and running. Customers are given a good experience as placing an order is quick to do, with a wide range of card types accepted. There’s a reporting and statistics function that will track which products are selling well which helps for monitoring.

It has a low and competitive transaction fee and provides support for users. I like that SK actually wants to hear from its users and takes action to improve features for users and customers. They’re a great software company and have greatly impacted the running of my business in the best way possible, allowing me to do what I do best and trust the ordering software is in good hands.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to drag products between categories instead of having to recreate a new item for a different category. That way, the product would not be listed as separate to an identical product in the reporting and statistics. This is the reason I am having to do the reporting outside of storekit.

We decided to use Storekit at a time where we were on a deadline to get our venues up and running with QR table ordering and Storekit was able to do it in 36 hours. This dedication to getting this project launch quickly but correctly was a fresh of breath air among hospitality partnerships.

Pros

The most amazing part of StoreKit is how easy is it to use. This is particularly important to any business as employees rarely welcome change from the get go, but with StoreKit, everyone was happy to learn and use it due to its smooth and efficient programming.

Cons

I would of liked to have StoreKit integrated directly into our POS but I am fully aware that this is not possible not because StoreKit does not want to, but because the POS system itself does not want to, meaning it is out of their hands.

Pros

No setup fees, quick setup, and excellent customer service. The software does everything we need to sell food and drink in our theatre and cinema. Easy to use.

Cons

Seat selection dropdown was initially too long (as we have hundreds of seats), however, Storekit have since improved this based on my feedback - and it is now searchable. Great!

Nice and easy to set up and use. Very simple to use.

Cons

Cost of payment processing, but cost could be factored into the product, Stripe is sooo expensive, our card processing is 0.03p auth and 0.3 to 0.6%.

Storekit is easy to install and easy to use. The features are thought trough greatly and the customer service is excellent.

Cons

For Dutch users, compared to Thuisbezorgd (Just Eat Takeaway) the interface is a bit more amateuristic. Or positively said: 'underground'. The address form at the beginning (only zip code?) is a bit unclear. People might wonder if the product really arrives.

Excellent, I've put it into a number of venues and events and very rarely had a problem. Any problems have been quickly resolved.

Pros

The system is easy to use and setup. It is constantly developing and it feels like they have a team that really takes the feedback on board and uses it to improve their software. I am looking forward to seeing it develop further.

Cons

In order to use this product and eliminate the need for a POS system it would need a stocktake system integrated. It's also a problem if you can't get wifi as there is no backup option to put sales through which could be disastrous during a busy shift. There are also times where there is no customer support available, sometimes critical periods such as a Friday/Saturday night.

It's been great. It allows us to manage our store and receive payments digitally along with Pre order allows us to plan ahead.

Pros

Storekit is so easy to use, especially for setting up a store and menu. The best bit is that it's really user friendly for the end customer, which I believe has helped secure repeat business.

Cons

The only negative I can see from a customer point of view is not being able to see delivery slots before filling the basket with their order.

Great, wish we had implemented sooner at the start of covid rules as it reduced staff journeys considerably. Less people are using it now as the weather has turned, but as its a pay=per=order only with no standing charges this is no issue

Integration was easy and fairly fast, the platform is very simply designed and easy to make changes

Cons

Some things can be a little fiddly and repetitive i.e. modifiers not carrying over to other products, but thats only a small issue

The was of set up is fantastic, you can literally see results and how your store will look in under 20 mins without and special skills

Cons

There are a few things nI would love to see, Ive inboxed the support team to see if they can add these at some point in the future

Really complete components for setting up an online store. Customer service is super helpful and always walks me through the process when I get stuck! GreT analytics to see sakes data over time too.

Cons

1. Don't like that the url link to stoes is clunky and a bit ugly. Would be better if it could be personalisable and more user friendly so when you post it on social media it reads/looks better
2. Need to be able to duplicate menus for editing rather than starting a new menu each time

Cons

To have video on the splash page would be great.
Also, the ability to

Pros

The technical support response rate is fascinating however we hardly need it as everything is always running smooth and storekit being so simplistic yet pertinent to achieving sales makes everything such a joy to work with.

Cons

Hardly anything the interface is great and for a software layman like myself it was so easy to set up with the technical team though they did majority of the work I strongly recommend this product.
