Excellent. I am thrilled with the quality of service we receive. ThinkAisle is the best value inventory system that I have found by a large margin

Pros

They work closely with me. They address an issues or concern that I have immediately. Most importantly they were willing to provide us with a discount. As a Not for Profit Society, we have a tight budget and ThinkAisle supporting us allows us to serve our community.

Cons

There is more information built into the system than we require. The information is usually hidden for staff but at times they make an error causing the hidden information to reappear.

Alternatives Considered

Reasons for Switching to Think Aisle

The discounted rates played a large factor as well as the ease of use of the system.

Think Aisle Inventory and warehouse management software service

Reviewed on 30/05/2023

Pros

Quick Access to support team, custom requirements handled by Think Aisle without any reluctance.

Cons

Support Team should start making User Guide for the software and also provide written steps to customers when a customization is implemented. This will avoid User mistakes and lead to better customer satisfaction.

Great product and support

Reviewed on 05/07/2023

Pros

It is a versatile product and very easy to learn and train others. The implementation completes in a week and the team is quick to respond to any queries and any support concerns/questions.

Cons

It needs an in-built ticketing system. The Think Aisle support mentioned that they are already working on it and should be available in a few weeks.

They used the latest software development practices and technologies to design a product that was scalable, robust, and easy to use. One of the key strengths of the WMS project was the team's attention to detail, which was evident throughout the entire development process. They meticulously planned and executed each phase of the project, ensuring that every aspect was carefully considered and executed to the highest standards. Best Inventory Management software for small to medium sized businesses

Reviewed on 08/03/2022

Pros

The software integrated so seamlessly with our current operations and in fact made the workings more effficient. The team is extremely helpful and adjusting. By far the best decision I’ve made for my operations team.

Cons

There are no cons as such really. One thing I had a little trouble with was the time difference but the team is so adjusting and were willing to speak at odd hours for them too in case of emergencies
