Quick proficiency

Reviewed on 13/12/2018

Pros

Office staff obtained quick proficiency on this EMR, and we were able to toggle from screen to screen easily and effortlessly back and forth. Even physicians could easily set up appointments with ease. Patient information is displayed in a logical and easy to read manner, and gives historical information in logical format.

Cons

Nothing yet - still early in the launch process, but nothing negative to say as of yet. All users are reporting good functionality and proficiency with the product.

Overall experience is good. Flatiron team continue to stay engaged with practice even after go live and offers beta testing opportunities.

Pros

OncoEMR is very user friendly and easy to learn. Flatiron team is engaged in onboarding new practices and providers and continues to provide support and stay connected even after the go live.

Cons

very poor reporting functionality, limited access to data fields. Some system functionalities need improvements because they are not up to the EHR standards

Worse EHR I have ever used

Reviewed on 22/02/2022

Pros

Easy to write prescriptions and have them show in patients chart

Cons

Time consuming for the providers to document adequately. Supposed to be web based, but does not work with Apple products. Slow, glitchy.

Easy to Use

Reviewed on 05/09/2017

Pros

User friendly, has practice management and electronic medical record (EHR/EMR) software, scheduler, fax from the documents from the EMR/EHR

Cons

The EHR/EMR has multiple reports, but the filters aren't always what you need. Activities in the treatment plan can't be changed once the have been approved. You have to unapproved, do the change, then re-approve.

I would not recommend this company or product to anyone in the oncology field. I was bought in since they have an interface with my lis. Worst mistake.

Pros

Fairly easy to go from one page to another. Customer service has been helpful and usually you get a real person.

Cons

Unless multiple sites want a change because they are we based they can not make changes that work for your practice. Very inefficient. To many clicks for most applications. Not clinical engineers and staff so understanding your needs is frustrating. Very bad experience.

OncoEMR is good!

Reviewed on 06/02/2018

Pros

I like that it is easy to use and I like that I can use this EMR system at almost all the offices I've been too thus far

Cons

I dont like that I've had some issues with the logins a few times, but other than that! It is great to use!
