I like it's Onboarding and kyc process which is instant and easy. Simple user interface. They conduct training session for free for new users for better understanding in using it. In training they solve your queries too. Creating orders is easy and gives real time tracking of your Orders. It will give you a brand tracking page for your customers. Both cod and prepaid facility can be availed. Sync orders from your orders automatically. You can add customers and directly create order with customers name and you can also clone orders to save time.

First of all it's weight discrepancy cases which are the big headache for sellers. They shares weight discrepancy cases at the end of month or after 1 month which is not certain for which it is not possible to store shipment image and weight details for that long time and they takes benefit of this. Customer support is very low. They don't reply on time.

A Nightmare Experience with Shiprocket - Total Scam!

As a seller, my experience with Shiprocket has been nothing short of a disaster. They never picked up the packages from my home, despite multiple requests, and had the audacity to mark the status as "pickup denied by the seller." This blatant lie led to my orders being delayed by an unacceptable 10 days, causing immense frustration for both me and my customers.

To make matters worse, I ended up having to personally courier the packages myself, completely defeating the purpose of using their service. Their support is an absolute joke—non-responsive, unhelpful, and downright infuriating. When I tried raising tickets to address the issues, they simply closed them with a note saying "issue resolved," without actually doing anything to fix the problem.

Shiprocket is a total scam, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your shipping needs!

Options of many service providers, not sure how good. Have had trouble there as well so….

Pick up delays, weight discrepancies, shit customer service, fake deliveries

Ship rocket is so painful. I wonder how they are operating the business. Ship rocket is a nightmare for every sellers. They don't have any responsibility whatsoever for any delay in pickups and delivery delay. Pathetic experience with Ship Rocket.

Nothing. They are so irresponsible and inneffcient.

Support. The won't rresolve any issue faced by us. In our they tried everything not to deliver a conaignment which reached at the final delivery station.

They Just have an API of Courier Companies

Nothing they are cheaters sorry to say when reached their Customer Care promptly was told to get in touch with seller now why at all do you allow fraud dater on your platform now I know why people rate you badly will never ever suggest r recommend u get ys

Nothing horrible service, fraud company, they destroy your parcel, never get a call back from the team

Everything is bad about this courier company. They delay your parcels destroy your products. In customer care they make you hold for long long hours and nothing is done

They didnt support buyers when they are cheated by seller.

You can start using it by integrating to your ERP so no need to use their website. It reduces your shipping cost by giving you option to select best delivery partner. You can save big on shipping cost as the rate given by them is at discounted price.

Using their website is quite lengthy process but with API integration you can easily use its features.

1) It provides best shipping rate from multiple shipping partners. You can select courier service as per shipment cost, delivery time etc2) It provides discounted shipping rates from major delivery partners so you can save atleast 40% on your shipping.3) It can be integrated easily with any ERP.

I don't have any point to dislike it right now because I didn't faced any issue with it till now.

The idea to the current state of implementation of software needs a mention.love the user interface and clarity.

Customer support needs a major revamp the cycle time for resolution , aggregate courier partner contact details. Case follow up ...the personnel on the phone needs to provide solutions and not just repeat himself on the policy like a computer.
The other day I had a feeling to get intouch with the Shiprocket founders and collaborate with them to outsource thier customer support to us.trust me if this the part u guys take care... Shiprocket will have the next line of growth.

The overall process flow and the ease of use is really helpful for a new consumer. The clarity in pricing is also appreciated unlike it's competitors.

It solved our requirements so there's nothing as such for the disliking.

The best thing about Shiprocket is the integrations which it supports right from WooCommerece, Magento, Shopify etc to its free APIs where custom solutions can also be integrated. The host of service providers which they have onboarded also makes it really easy to ship the orders based on need and urgency.

Overall it is a very good product, didn't come across anything which I dislike about Shiprocket.

Shiprocket is very easy to use. It integrates with e-commerce websites very easily. Now they have started conversational commerce where they allow us to send WhatsApp updates to customer.

The shipping rates have gone really high to the point that it’s not sustainable to use this platform anymore
