Since we started using INHUBBER, not only have our OPEX (printing costs, postage) decreased, but all employees are working much more efficiently. Furthermore, we notice that no information or appointments are forgotten because of the reminder function. We are very very satisfied with the software and the super support.
If we are missing any functions, we can always talk to the team of INHUBBER and think about a reasonable implementation and integration into the software and our daily work.

It helps our virtual teams to work together on fulfilling our commitments. Automated reminders help to keep track of important deadlines. It makes sure we don't miss any important deadlines. Not to mention that we stay compliant with internal regulations about who has to approve what and who is responsible for key actions.
Pros
Inhubber helps me keep track of contracts quickly and efficiently in one place. I can easily search for different versions of contracts whenever I need them. It is a huge advantage to have an AI to help with contract management.
Cons
I originally used other contract management software and felt that I did not need it. Since I have been using Inhubber, I have been quite happy with it.

For us, INHUBBER means intuitive contract management and convenient digital signatures. In fact, it has completely changed the way we manage contracts and documents, allowing us to work faster and safer.
Pros
I love the easy and automated contract management and the ability to quickly sign contracts on the go. The digital signature feature is especially handy when I need to sign Excel or zip files, inhubber does it instantly and I think it is a unique feature.
Cons
We have a contact email in case there are any problems or questions. I have never used it.

We use it for tracking of deadlines - it helps us to stay on top of things and comply with the regulations. It securely stores all documents in one place, helping us find and access them easily. As organisation that regularly undergoes audits, I find it very useful to be audit-ready at all times.
Pros
Top tool to manage all contracts in one place. It keeps all contracts organized and up to date always within the reach. It’s easy to add new contracts, store existing ones, and keep track of deadlines and expiration dates.
Cons
I was not in the buying committee, but my colleagues chose a fine software that keeps my work simple.

Cons
I only manage a few contracts on a regular basis and Inhubber makes it very easy.

Pros
In my opinion, quick onboarding saves a lot of resources, especially in larger companies like ours. In addition, the ease of use keeps people actually using it. It is perfect when you need to increase the speed of approvals.
Cons
I think Inhubber is better suited for organizations that need to involve a lot of people without legal training in managing and monitoring contracts. If you have highly specialized legal staff who specialize in a particular area, it might miss some features.

Great software that helps save time on contract management. I mainly use digital signature and send any document set or entire data rooms for approval in less than 5-10 minutes. Mainly because there is no need to upload specific file formats. Whenever I need to review a milestone or deadline, a dashboard is available and a reminder email if needed.
Pros
Incredible time savings in contract management. Fast-track deals without wasting time on contract approvals. All data in one place.Inhuber nailed it with digital signature. It is seamless to use and signs zip folders without needing to unzip and turn documents into PDFs.
Cons
I've never missed going to other departments to get approval or chasing a customer who still hasn't signed the contract. Inhuber nailed it.

Inhubber helped us build a stable and secure contract archive with access rights, deadline and obligation management . Before Inhubber, contracts were kept in filing cabinets and personal drives. Well, now it doesn't even occur to us to save a document as a PDF outside of Inhubber because we can't run an AI over it

Inhubber is cloud based, which makes accessing the documents and information incredibly easy. We don't have to leave the platform to sign. Thanks to audit logs ,we can trace the individual steps of contract management. Electronic signature to sign Zip and Excel files saves a lot of time especially when you want to use the files after signing
Cons
Nothing . Nothing. It's ideal for what we do, which is managing and signing contracts. After a false start with a much more complex contract management tool, we switched to Inhubber because of the intuitiveness.

I can't speak for all of our users. I mainly monitor tasks like contract termination or delivery deadlines. Every now and then, contracts are renegotiated in my department and we use Inhubber to monitor the approval process and later compliance.
Pros
Ideal for automating contract management.A digital signature helps keep up with approvals. All documents are easily accessible from the home office or on holidays. This also prevents approval bottlenecks. Inhubber turns PDFs into truly digital contracts that are easy to manage.
Cons

Having an audit trail of everything that happens with contracts is a huge advantage for compliance. Actually, the fact that we do not have to actively look after it saves a lot of time. The ability to securely store and edit contracts gives me a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Nothing special, some functions are quite sophisticated, but overall you can learn them in an acceptable time if needed.

Easy-to-use software that is up and running within minutes. In my eyes a premium product. INHUBBER proves that you don't have to overcomplicate things. What counts is a well-designed intuitive system that supports the user. INHUBBER recognizes the important information in documents and helps to use it. The automated recognition of information has such a great utility in my work, I simply go through the set of fields on the right side of the screen instead of torturing through the endless document.

The self-explanatory, flexible template functionality enables standardization of processes and leaves room for contract customization.
Legal now only needs to focus on final approvals and specific requests, whereas previously they were involved in every phase of negotiation.

Really increased our efficiency with the great collaboration tools that helped us handle contracts both within the company and with our suppliers. Thanks to the built-in digital signature, we can start executing almost immediately without having to wait a long time for approvals. With the help of authorization roles, we can control who has or had access to sensitive documents.

A criação de contratos, a análise e, sobretudo, a IA da INHUBBER permitem-me gerir documentos no dia a dia. A interface de utilizador intuitiva permite automatizar as tarefas. O QES da plataforma garante que as assinaturas digitais cumprem as normas legais.
Cons
O tempo de adaptação pode ser bastante longo. Na nossa organização, foram necessárias cerca de duas semanas para que todos os empregados pudessem utilizar a INHUBBER em toda a empresa.

Garantiza que no se pase por alto ninguna actualización o plazo importante y ayuda a mi equipo a estar al tanto de todos los detalles del contrato.

No solo permite gestionar contratos, sino también garantiza que cada paso que damos se ajusta a lo acordado en los contratos con los clientes. La IA se encarga de todo el trabajo jurídico difícil, lo que nos facilita mantener un repositorio de contratos bien organizado y fácil de usar.
Cons
Lo utilizamos principalmente para gestionar contratos de clientes y contratos de nuestra empresa e INHUBBER hace un buen trabajo en mi opinión.

O e-Signatur permite assinar contratos com clientes europeus de forma rápida e em conformidade com a lei. Em suma, a Inhubber torna muito mais fácil trabalhar a partir de casa e com parceiros internacionais.
Pros
Gosto particularmente da interface de fácil utilização e da gestão eficiente dos contratos. A possibilidade de gerir e assinar contratos digitalmente é muito útil quando se lida com clientes internacionais.
Cons
Não utilizo a maioria das funcionalidades do software, mas acredito que é possível fazer muito mais com a Inhubber.

O painel de controle ajuda a manter todos os contratos e prazos fáceis de encontrar em um lugar só. Os contratos podem ser acessados rápido e facilmente de qualquer lugar.
Pros
Foi um começo muito rápido com o Inhubber. O software tem ótimas funcionalidades e, apesar de não usar a maior parte delas, não acho que sejam desnecessárias. A IA ajuda a fazer as coisas rápido. As assinaturas eletrônicas são fáceis de usar e a Inhubber oferece assinaturas básicas e assinaturas QES.
Cons
O software é fácil de personalizar e intuitivo, não teve problemas nos últimos dois anos.
