Cashfree is clean, fast and fuss-free. Dashboard is clear and we can keep up our finger on the business pulse. Paypal etc are all integrated into it eliminating the need for multiple gateways. Support is an email away. We have had very few issues in the 3 years that we have been using it for our ecommerce. Thank you.

Cashfree is like most other payment gateways. Nothing special in particular

They lack transparency when it comes to product cost. Their payment gateway is not free of cost. They charge an annual maintenance fee of Rs.4999 + GST. There are better options out there without an annual maintenance fee.

Ease of use and budget friendly. The onboarding process was easier too.

The ease of integration, consumer friendly and transparent notifications on payments received, processed and disbursement.

Accepting international payments, I guess you should consider the age of the customer with you and allow the same instead of taking a huge deposit, because u should know better we are not here to commit fraud.

Cashfree is one of the best payment gateway supports multiple payment methods like debit card, credit card, internet Banking, upi payments etc. Clean user interface helps to make payments easily. The amount will be settled instantly is a great feature. We can easily view transaction reports monthly or weekly.

No issues. Everything works fine till now.

Integration was easy. Also, the charges levied are least out of all the payment gateways. There are no one time integration charges unlike some others.

On-boarding took a bit time and there were some errors in the login credentials which were resolved after contacting the account manager.

Initially it took time to setup the gateway. I had to wait for 3-4 days.

Dashboard is nice and simple and we get payment link to share with clients, integration with website to collect payment.

Customer service could have been better. We have lots of issue during account set up

Easy to use interface and navigation is good. Support is also terrific. Payment link feature is boon in ther times of COVId where eberyone wants to pay digitally.

Nothing much to say about the product that I not liked, but rather there is huge scope to improve Customer Support. Turn around time if too high for query resolution..

The portal is very user friendly and easy to use. Have so many options. I like data analysis part in the portal. Using it over an year and didn't find any error till date. Payment processing is very smooth and fast. Had no issue with it also. Very easy to integrate with other application.

There was some issue with UPI payments I have noticed. This issue should be taken care of if those are happening from Cashfree end.

Just recently they updated Their app, where unsettled amount is now showing, it’s a good. I mailed them for that issue.

Their support is just amazing, all time they are working for best experience.

I really most of the features, API's are literally rocking.

Cost is really high when compared with other payment gateways. Especially the verification suite which literally killed the entire money of us.

Great scope to improve the UI for the end user making the payment.

Cashfree, Wow I am in love with this. I got my payment gateway approved in just 3-4 days and everything done by the support team properly. The support team helped me a lot specially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], Both of are master in their domain. I am going to explore more of Cashfree.

I didn't find anything bad with this payment gateway. Everything is cool.

Ease of payments. All transactions done by domestic customers were successful on the Shopify website.

- Slow customer service response. The customer service team needs to be more proactive and reach out.
- A lot of information that should have been told to me while I was signing up for the services provided by Cashfree to make my experience seamless, wasn't told due to lack of promptness.
- Issues with International transactions where vendors are expected to pay a hefty security deposit.
