Difficulty of migrating data from a non Faster application

Don’t have to repeatedly log In throughout the day.

Too many steps required to perform tasks.

It’s a full turnkey fleet management solution backed by a strong support team. They have a process in place for users to submit enhancement requests

No specific items, there are some operational tweaks that would be beneficial. The enhancement process allow for users to make recommendations

The amount of information about my fleet that FASTER captures, and then helps me access, is immense. I am able to track all of my life costs in one place for all of my equipment and vehicles. Accessing reports to show maintenance due, shop activity, or replacement planning is easily obtained.

The only item I feel is lacking at this time is a mobile device feature, but I’m sure it’s in development or I am just not aware of it.

The maintenance and asset tabs are the one’s I like the best . The ease of use is remarkable

The only cons are getting kicked off and have to sign in multiple times a day.

Reports for maintenance due most important for myself for scheduling.

Not used to the inventory aspect as yet. Seems a little clunky.

What I like most about FASTER Web is the intuitive design of the software. I find it easy to navigate and to locate the information I am looking for.

What I like least about the software is the difficulty in customizing the product to fit the unique needs of our operation. Sometimes small changes can have a large impact on daily operations.

Tech support is always exceptional staff are diligent

Reports are a little weak could use more advice options

PM scheduling and parts tracking for record keeping and regular maintenance.

Parts records and repair code tracking and inventory keeping.

Ease of use and search functions, in-depth asset history as well as in-depth asset information

Not being able to creat my own reports, wish I could choose what info I would like on any given report

Product is extremely useful for fleet management. All the tools in one place.

Faster has so much to offer it takes time to learn all the options.

This software covers nearly every aspect of fleet management software. This includes, equipment tracking; real-time work orders; parts ordering, inventory management, issuance. It handles fuel inventory and vehicle fuel tracking. Additionally, the Faster software collects and reports on technician efficiency and productivity.

The Windows based software requires too many keystrokes in some areas. Only one occurrence of an applet can be opened at a time, e.g. one work order.

The inability to customize affordably. Not able to capture all the info we need. Also unable to customize (add) filters.

How quickly we can grab info from reports

Some of the reporting can be inaccurate at time.

Tracking history, being able to review all history from cradle to grave

Would be nice to locate invoice with invoice numbers, search history with a certain invoice number

Parts tracking. Looking up the parts history on a certain asset

Small windows that cannot be enlarged. Sometimes it is hard to read

I like the browser based interface that doesn’t require client software.

The shear number of clicks needed to complete many tasks.

There are a lot of fields that can be filled out.

There are many items in the database that are inconsistent or contain poor coding.

Reporting and data information is excellent. Ease of technician usability.

Very much an accounting based program. Make that aspect easier to use and understand. Returning items to stock or vendor from inventory.

Database easy to access, run query very quickly and integration.
