The biggest benefit one can see from Ezee technosys is that they don't only sell you the product but they Follow you always and make sure u are always satisfied with their support team
Pros
The software is great, even though you can have problems at times with updates, Support Team is always there to help. This person is over all the other people in support team for he will for a fact solve the problem. We have been lucky enough to run into him a few times and he has ALWAYS fixed our issue.

the search engine, it helps a lot especially when we are doing queries in the system. also the database size is amazing, it uses less disk space on the server.

the user role configurations, it is a little bit confusing since we have to configure the roles and do it again for every users,

support with the software is fantastic, however the platform is not easy to use, why is it named Ezee ???!, it has to be simplified, I was assisted by ramiz malek, the agent was EXTREMELY useful and very patiend, I am absolutely pleased with his support and I feel he should be congratulated for his outstanding customer support, I also believe he is given a great range of tools to help clients, yet it is still a pretty difficult system, if it was a little simpler I would be a happier client, thank you for the good client support!°

extremely complicated, to the point that I as a client am considering stoping its use and going back to old excel, it would make averything easier

easy access to support always and its never down for a long period, solves so many problems for the facilities and gives ease because you get all your reports for the business so you always keep track of your business
Cons
not that i can think of any but the problems we get is from client's employees because they feel it's got so many components and end up not using it to its full capacity

Pros
It let`s you control your sales pretty easily, room posting is simple also. You can add different discounts without a problem. It offers good reports.
Cons
The interface is a bit confusing sometimes. It is complicated to change certain things by yourself as one just does not know where to find certain features.

Online Support Help. Software is useful if training is completed. Because there are many tools which are useful but we didnt use yet.
Cons
Costing :-( & when u selling product it should be complete bundle package instead of each tool has different cost.

Sometimes it bugs, but then it will get fix by the rep.
Sometimes 24/7 supports are too busy, some of them are new and have lack of experiences.

This software has never crashed from the time i joined this company. So definitely it is bug free. Only had some problems with the Channel manager exe namely wrd and wiru which keep going off and we have to reset it on server. This i think should be resolved in your next update.
Cons
There is nothing least about any software, except for some features like in group booking we should have the facility of filling name of individual room check in.

PROS : Learning to use eZee was a wonderful experience. With the 30 day trial period and excellent support, i was able to easily configure the software to meet the requirements of the organization.
The inventory system is outstanding, it monitors items right from receiving raw materials to the manufacturing process, producing close to accurate cost of sales analysis report.
CONS
I have occasionally experienced problems with the sql database. The regular support team are great but they tend to always refer sql problems to developers, this creates down times due to manual sales and consequently theft.

It is overall an amazing software with so many capabilities and deserves a high rating. I highly recommend it for any size of business in this line.
The following improvements would make it perfect, the ability to combine bar and restaurant bills into one i.e in a case where someone in the restaurant orders food and then later orders drinks only sold at the bar, the two bills can't conbine into one. Another con is that you have to preconfigure reasons for voiding of items.
