Amazing tool for small shops

Pros

The tool is evolving every day. We use it on a daily basis and recommend it to our fellow shops in the area. You can always reach out to the friendly customer support for assistance. Kash is always supportive and ready to help.

Cons

Locating past invoices can be challenging. Without the precise RO (Repair Order) number, finding a specific invoice becomes a daunting task, especially if the customer has visited multiple times.

Fantastic. They're an awesome company, with an awesome product. They care deeply about making sure you have everything you need to make your work more seamless and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Pros

The ease of use is the biggest winner for me. It was easy to teach my staff how to use and then the companies customer service is just top notch. Any time we had a question they were right on it helping us.

Cons

If I had to choose a con, it would be that on rare occasions it would take a few seconds longer to load than you'd hope. But it was minimal and far from being an actual issue.

ITS BEEN JUST OK. WE REALLY MISS OUR OLD SOFTWARE AND EASY IT WAS TO VIEW AND MAKE CHANGES. ALSO THE LOOK OF THE INVOICE WAS VERY EASY FOR CUSTOMERS TO READ AND SEE THE DETAILS OF THE REPAIR. I KNOW THIS IS AN AUTOMOTIVE SOFTWARE, JUST WAS HOPING FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE EASIER FOR US TO USE AS AN RV REPAIR CENTER

WE LIKE THE PRICE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE THE COLORS AND SCREEN GRAPHICS ARE GOOD

Cons

NOT USER FRIENDLY, VERY DIFFICULT TO MAKE CHANGES . THE INVOICE IS VERY BORING AND NOT INVITING TO A CUSTOMER. NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR NOTES AND NOT ABLE TO REMOVE THE COLUMN FOR DISCOUNT.

Costumer service! Is amazing, had really good time talking to the team and they are always there for you when you need them

Overall i would definitely ask somebody who is considering a software like this to give the demo a shot and truly try to customize it to your liking and see if it works for you because for me it really did.

Pros

I liked the ease of use, customer support and just about everything else.

Cons

The only issues are minor bugs that glitch, not being able to attach a customer to a vehicle after the vehicle has been added and third party inegrations arent easy to set up.

Pros

Easy interface. Creating WO's and estimates is convenient.

Cons

Would be nice to quickly update my inventory by selecting part and changing the quantity. It's kind of cumbersome creating a purchase order every time I need to increase a quantity for a part that is in my system already.

Also, my shop is open Saturdays and there is no tech support on the weekends. So, if I had to check out a customer and I was having issues, the phone just rings on the other end.

Pros

Being able to express my needs and wants and have them able to be implemented is imperative! I can not say enough about being able to customize this to fit my unique needs.

Cons

The only thing I may not like we have worked on to fix. So I am extremely satisfied.
