We use most importantly the price information capture functionality of Sniffie, as our business model does not require the other functionalities Sniffie would be able to offer. For this purpose Sniffie works well - it is quick, and easy to use, and integration to our existing business processes was very simple.

For us some limitations in the comparison groups have caused some need to replan what data we want to capture. This is an understandable commercial construct, though.

i have using this tool last seven month and it's highly scalable software .easy to use this software.pricing and calculation made easy with this tool and easy to integration with ERP system.

Sniffie needs to imorove on the UI and otherwise best tool to use for pricing.

Is easily modifiable to company's own needs.

The view is sometimes a bit 'blurry' due to small font.

Sniffie has automated our price matching processes, we can trust that our products are correctly priced compared to the competition. It also helps us to save time. The product is fairly easy to use once you have gotten used to it. Also, it was fairly easy to integrate within our existing processes. We also love the customer support from Sniffie, they are always eager to help us if we face some issues.

There is not anything missing from Sniffie, which we would definitely want to be in there. However, the analytics modules in Sniffie are somewhat hard to use at the beginning, so there is a learning curve in using those.

I like this tool a lot because it is best as compared to other tool which are available for price optimization. It gives very accurate result and helped me a lot for various business requirement.

The time taken by this tool for processing is little bit high.

I have no negative feedback to give as I have not faced any issues worth mentioning while using Sniffie.

Setting up pricing campaigns is really simple and straightforward. Seamless intergration to our online shop platform makes life so much better. :)

Not enough time to utilize the features.

Its easy to use and integration with our ERP went well. Sniffie team replies very quickly when there is a question/problem.

If there is no same item code to match our items to competitor items we usually need to match these manually. In tire business item names have too much variation to safely link the closest match.

Based on the results Sniffie will boost your revenue and profit. Excellent support and development team!

Product mapping takes time but otherwise it is worth it.

I like that our profits have increased. Amazing for the bottom line.

Need to manage pricing in feeds. Just set to less often.
