Going from manual to a system that lets me oversee everything has been a huge lifesaver. It's hard to explain how helpful this has been for us.
Pros
Sometimes, in the past it felt like we were running blind without real-time data to back up our assumptions. With WholesaleWare, it feels like we have our eyes on everything all at once.
Cons
Everything works perfectly, but maybe reporting could be a little bit better.

Overall, quite good. The initial implementation may have been a slight challenge, but an ERP transition isn't easy. The support, and customer service really are excellent--quite honestly the single biggest difference maker when compared to other programs used in the past.
Pros
Wholesaleware has a very clean, user friendly, web based platform. If you have personnel who have a solid grasp of basic inventory control transactions (receiving, picking, fulfillment, etc.) you can easily onboard them into the platform. It functions mainly like an online store, so the ease of adoption is great.
Cons
I think a more robust reporting capability would be nice---not that it doesn't export or function cleanly, but I think the ability to cut the data up, assign filters, etc. ahead of time could be beefed up, but do think this is a nice to have, not a must, when compared to the standard reports.

Pros
WholesaleWare delivers real-time data on inventories, sales, customer insights and product flows both in and out of our system. Being able to know exactly what is happening with the business at any time is critical to staying ahead of the game and making timely decisions to maximize profits for our growing partners.
Cons
The back-end accounting is easily exportable to external accounting products but having everything self-contained will be wonderful when that feature is available in the near future!
