Glasscubes is a secure way to send and receive documents. This service helps my firm comply with GDPR.

There are many different areas on the Glasscubes page which are not intuitive and take some time to understand.

Ease of set-up and simple cost model. Sharing documents with suppliers is non chargeable license. Fast on boarding

Poor versioning, real basic desktop UI, poor integration with mobile platforms

Great device and utilise it with many of my clients. [sensitive content hidden] especially is very quick to respond to any queries and provides great explanations.

Glass cubes can have some small issues in relation to delegating task not marked as complete.

There is very little downtime (if any) when using Glasscubes. It's easy to use for file sharing and can be whitelabelled.

I don't like it that there is no option to complete a quick live search - ie to jump to all files starting with J or P etc. Instead we have to page down through many files to locate the appropriate file.

The support system, very prompt and efficient.

That I have to download documents frequently to view or edit.

Well laid out website, good to keep in touch with others in the company. Useful for finding important shard documents

It's user friendly, lot of shortcuts for easy navigation.

Its easy to navigate, files are locked to avoid version clashes, preview works well for word documents and pdfs.

Excel documents don't work well in preview, you have to use desktop connect, which adds a few steps every time a document is opened (on the down side). Sometimes if the connection times out you can lose work, and sometimes the connection doesn't work at all and you just have to download documents to desktop and reload afterwards.

Glasscubes is very easy to use and allows me to share and obtain information quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their collaboration in their business.

having the documents all in one place and being able to edit then, whilst having a version control

sometimes I find it difficult to navigate back to my original overview place (dashboard for the project)

Glasscubes is stacked with abilities from collaboration to storage and file transfer, it gives my team the ability to get things done faster and more productively.

It doesn't give me and my team any issues, we highly recommend it.

only cons is having to resign in after a short period of time

I like that once you have sent a request for information, or to e-approve a document it automatically send reminders to clients.

It was a bit fiddly a first to set up the templates, but once you had completed a few it got easier.

Love how GlassCubes helps to organise resources, chats and different working groups, no matter how large our community gets.

Finding the right levels for personal notifications is very fiddly. And the lack of direct chat functionality is also quite restrictive meaning we sometimes have to take conversations out of GlassCubes when we'd ideally like to keep them in.

Easy for multiple people to collaborate in a project. Documents are stored and handled easily.

Navigation between different spaces is a bit tricky.

What stands out is a smart interface and a logical structure. This leads to a great user experience.

Nothing in particular that could be a red flag. If some improvement is to be aimed for that might be some feature like blocking calendar view from the year before.

Very simple layout, but so efficient and effective way of sharing documents with colleagues around the world. Most importantly, it's reliable and secure!

At my level of usage, I don't have any issues.

The simplicity, such easy finding and completing forms

No notifications on new tasked set out.

They make requesting client deliverables and tracking requests very easy.

The view of uploaded excels, they are in a very messy format.
