It's easy to create quizzes and tests with ProProfs. Plus you can run reports quickly and download training certificates to document training.

Not sure - noticed question below about integrate it with other programs - I didn't know that was a possiblity. It would be great if we could integrate it with our HRIS system with Paycor. Currently we download and upload the information to get it into the Paycor system.

It has multiple question types, allows for easy secure exams, and tests.

The main problem is the inability to modify answers/scores after test submission. If a teacher makes a mistake, wants to change an answer, or give credit on a wrong assessment item it is virtually impossible to do this without having to change every single test taker manually. This should be an easy fix.

Being able to quickly set up an online quiz and continue to iterate it as we learned more made a difference. It would have taken us much longer to create from scratch and we would have lost out on valuable time. It is a great tool.

No cons - it is a great product. It is easy to use

Allows flexibility in the delivery of assessment modes and speeds up the process of designing learning outcomes based on such results.

Essay scoring could at times commit mistakes as the system apparently adds bonus points even when none was made by the instructor.

I use this to assess job candidates competence in language. Users give positive feedback about the process and it easy to administer. I highly recommend them!

I would like to have more functionality with test creation in terms of layout.

The whole program fills several functions that would take many person hours if done manually. Creating the quizzes is easy with a professional result. Using email to deliver quizzes and report results cuts several corners. Reporting is done to both student and teacher immediately. And the program even supplies a certificate of completion. My most dependable and efficient employee!

Easy to use and good range of question types. Covers a range of assessment types. Like the option of using visuals and drag and drop (although a little limited - please develop!!)Great that the quizzes can be stand alone or integrated into courses.

The heat map option doesn't work at al as far as I can see.

Very easy to set up and deploy what I was looking for. Stand out - flash cards and ease with which I can write exam questions

there are still some minor glitches and features that could be improved upon.

Tags - create a type ahead library so that I'm not writing the same tags time and again
Picture Library, I use the same picture in many pieces of my work, why not create a library I can pic from after I've uploaded it.

Often I have saved an edited version of a question and the save eliminates tags or does not save my changes at all.

Pictures are difficult to work with.

Very easy to create attractive quizzes! Easy to check them and make sure all looks good.

Would like the ProProfs logo removed without an upcharge

I like the quizzes - multiple choice and writing in options. I like the word searches and crosswords. Can embed on website. The quizzes look great on my website - adds a professional twist.

I've found embedding problems with quizzes and word searches. Not responsive. I have tweaked between using % and width/length. The % doesn't seem to be responsive. When I do word searches and crosswords (Online Brain Games), they're not on My Quizzes and really hard to find them again. I had to click on Online Brain Games and log in again and finally found them in My Account. It's been frustrating over the years!

We can't keep the score reports after deleting users (it was working a few years ago)

The best thing is when a new aspect is introduced and I don't understand, the customer service is simply the best in the world at getting you the help you need to address your issue.

This Product is great for the low cost , But the ability to create hotspots on an assessment is the most valuable tool this software offers. It allows me to take images of products and use that image as part of the assessment to identify certain key areas of the image

There are still hiccups using hotspots, not all browsers handle the experience the same way and limitations on some of the resolutions can create an unstable experience. End user experience vary when it comes to accurate results but for the value the software still proves to be useful

Inability to integrate into Register.com

The varied options of question style is very nice since the NGN NCLEX has many of these.

It does take a little effort to figure out how to use the differing question styles. It would be helpful to have a built in "help" guide with each question style.

Ability to grade quicker, import test bank questions, ability to combine 2 tests/assessments, different types of questions.

Getting kicked out when a message comes to test taker. You have to totally delete their entry and they have to start again. Would be nice if we could restore their assessment where they ended.
