For Clinical and Medical staff, a robust encounter alert feature that indicates what form is due, when it is due and if it is completed assists in maintaining compliance and supports better UR reviews and timely billing.
To drive efficiency and coding accuracy, auto-claims can be set up against appointment types or encounters. Severity of codes may be adjusted by practitioner or biller based on facility business rules. Incomplete notes are not submitted. AZZLY RCM Services is designed to speed clean claim submissions that average 95-98%, and reimbursements for those that specialize in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, MAT, SUD, MOUD, BOT, CTP programs that are seeking a strong, comprehensive medically based clinical and billing solution.

Very positive. Environments are constantly changing and Azzly supports being able to improve with these changing conditions. Actually encourages it. Allows the user to feel closely tied to the success of the product developers and owners.
Pros
Too many to list. Supports our needs, customer service is very responsive, steady communication flow of any upcoming industry changes, user friendly once the user is acclimated, easy learning curve, multiple features, listens to customer advice for improvements...and more.
Cons
Need some additional changes to existing process flow perhaps. Need some a few forms linked.

The support we receive from Azzly is fantastic. We've asked and they've provided. From initial demonstration through Project Management, Azzly has supported with their expertise along the entire journey.

Can be challenging to understand first time out but with practice, the process flow becomes easier.

The staff at Azzly are very professional and easy to work with. They are pleasant and never act as if reaching out is an imposition to them.
Cons
The hours needed to assure accuracy of report data and waiting months for resolution to problems is not conducive to us being able to run our business efficiently

Pros

Cons
Haven't found anything yet. So far everything that we have asked for Azzly has a solution. I will have to let you know once we are working full-time in the system.
