VITAY is the Reference Checking and Talent Feedback platform for recruitment teams who want to save time. VITAY automatically sends multiple reference requests to candidates so referees can provide feedback directly through the VITAY platform.
VITAY requests references for bulk lists of candidates at once and question sets sent to referees can be customized to reflect the specifics of that role.
Notifications of reference requests are sent out via email or text to candidates and referees. Reminders are automatically sent to candidates if they have not completed referral requests. The references received are digitally compiled into a secure database and analyzed to produce multi-point analytics and insight into each candidate. PDF and Excel reports are generated from the references to provide insights into candidates suitability.
VITAY includes a talent feedback tool for new hires and managers to provide an evaluation on their experience through the recruiting process. New hires can provide feedback through automated first week, month, and quarter checking surveys to evaluate their fit and suitability for their new role. Managers and supervisors of new hires can evaluate performance, quality, and fit for the role, onboarding issues, and exit insight.
VITAY creates passive leads through automated lead generation messages. The messages are sent to each referee once they have completed the candidate references requested, providing the opportunity for VITAY users to pitch their companies services.

As a recruiter chasing referees and filling out reference forms manually wasn't the most effective use of my time. This software has given me back many hours in my week that I can now spend on more productive tasks. Highly recommend this to any recruiter looking to optimize their processes and reduce the amount of daily admin they have to do.
Pros
Effective! Gets the task of reference checking done in less time and with very little effort compared to manually collecting them.
Easy to use
Reports produced have our branding and look great

Automated lead generation - we've picked up multiple new candidates and clients

Cons
We could only have one main account holder. It would be nice if we could allocate admin privileges to more than one user in our team to be able to check on the team dashboard & results.

It has been good. The system is easy to use, and we have full control which is nice to be able to update as needed. We had some bumps on start up but our customer rep was fast at getting things fixed and its been smooth sailing since.

The system is easy to use, and quick. We have full control which is nice to be able to update as needed. The reports and information are have a nice format, that looks nice and is easy to read through.

My Experience with Vitay is good so far. I use this on a daily basis where I cannot find any issues or concerns with the system.
Pros
The system is very user friendly and easy to complete reference checks. My checks are usually completed in 1 to 2 business days, which is a very quick turn around, making it easy to hire!
Cons
There is nothing in particular that I do not like about the system.

I am greatly satisfied with the customer service they provide. Its on point. All the systems need revision and Vitay is happily accepting all out suggestions /feedbacks.
Pros
I like the ease of access , reminders and ability to add/delete the questions with not much of hassle

1. not having options to make mobile number mandatory 2. no spot to add the title of the position that the applicant is applying to
