About dMACQ DMS
dMACQ DMS+ is a document management system designed to help businesses in legal, human resources, finance and other industries create and store documents including contracts, case files and expense claims in a centralized repository. It includes a PDF manager, which enables employees to add annotations, capture digital signatures, insert additional pages and automate re-indexing in PDF documents.
With the contract management module, stakeholders can receive automated reminders on contracts' expiration or renewal dates and maintain a historical record of all agreements. The dMACQ DMS+ email module lets employees centralize, store and archive vendor or client emails within the platform and add relevant tags for quick retrieval. The built-in file movement tracker allows organizations to track physical documents stored in the warehouse and synchronize them with corresponding electronic versions.
dMACQ DMS+ offers a document version control system, which lets administrators utilize user check-in/out functionality to record historical versions of documents and audit logs. Other features include file sharing, automated notifications, collaboration, optical character recognition, user permission control, compliance reports and more.

The continuous engagement with the dMACQ staff who are willing to impart and share presentations, product and process from prior projects and experience, during the demo, and then during the implementation and commisssioning of the DMS
Cons
Need to work more on the User Interface.

Highly recommend dMACQ DMS and compared to OmniDocs, Doccept, FileNet, we found dMACQ DMS much more scalable and user friendly.
Pros
dMACQ DMS provides all the key features of DMS and much more. I was actually surprised with the dMACQ DMS as it doesn’t come across as a standard run of the mill DMS. It has very different architecture and design and provides several user configurable features to make it extremely user friendly and scalable. I really liked their master data management module and contract management.
Cons
I really do not see any cons that affects our use cases. We found all the features that we needed and more! I would highly recommend dMACQ DMS for medium and large clients for sure - as they have easy integration and other features. Likewise I feel their light version will also help small businesses.

Much faster document search and retrieval.
Customer support is impressive with quick response. We have been using dMACQ DMS since 2014 and are very satisfied and would highly recommend. We have never faced any outage of the solution or any issues.
Pros
We were looking at a tool to centralise all our businesses documents into a central digital repository with control and security. We wanted the ability to replicate our current file system structure - so we were looking at a DMS which has no limitations as to creation of folder structure or ability to adapt to our specific use case. Further, some of our specific requirements included a google kind of holistic search, tracking of physical location of documents, along with digital copies and ability to add key words and notes (which then becomes searchable). We evaluated several applications and zeroed in on dMACQ which met all of these requirements. The team helped us in setting up the entire structure, back-up functionalities and other security features. The application is extensively used by us and is our core system to help manage our records. One of the best features of the dMACQ DMS is the quick holistic search and the mobile app. We use the mobile app extensively which comes with a global search, all information like location of the physical file, ability to view the document on the mobile and also exchange documents via email or WhatsApp in a single click. dMACQ also helped us customise the app with a mail (dak) utility, which tracks all incoming and outgoing mails in the organisation in the dMACQ DMS tool. This helps us in ensuring all incoming and outgoing physical mails are also centralised. The application is user friendly and intuitive.
Cons
We don't see any cons from our business use case perspective.

Pros
The most I like in DMACQ document management software is as follows -
a) Document upload - the method to upload the documents in DMS, is far far simpler than other DMSs.
b) Version controlling was never easy for us but we could do it with DMACQ DMS.
c) After Sale Support - Efficient, competent & professional team to provide a good & timely support.
Cons
Doing the configuration is little tedious...DMACQ team should definitely look into the matter. I can provide more inputs on this if required. Let DMACQ team contact me on this.

Pros
At Premier Rider we are using dMACQ DMS for last 4 years and have had excellent experience with the product. Their mobile app makes life easier for searching, and also uploading documents. I also liked their work-flow engine which has several excellent features. They have great after sales support. Their team visited us in Stockholm for implementation of the solution!
Cons
Nothing that comes to mind. Excellent overall product and easily beats available tools in the market.
