About SMS-Magic

SMS-Magic is an SMS marketing platform designed to help businesses in financial services, staffing, healthcare, higher education, and other industries using Zoho and Salesforce manage compliance, track message delivery metrics, and communicate with customers via multiple channels such as MMS, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Supervisors can maintain a history of conversations, measure return on investment (ROI), and create message routing rules according to requirements.

SMS-Magic allows administrators to gain visibility into opt-outs, agents' case completion rates, and customer consent at an aggregate and individual campaign level using dashboards. Businesses can ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) guidelines. Contact centers can also route service requests to specific agents, request clients' feedback using NPS surveys, and receive messages from various channels in a unified inbox.

SMS-Magic's mobile application enables employees to respond to queries in real-time, share images, videos, or files with customers, engage in one on one conversations, nurture leads, and more. Other features include preconfigured campaigns, automated responses, reporting, and templates.

Cons

We had a small hiccup with integration but once that was fixed, we haven’t had a problem yet.

Terrible. I rarely write reviews but their negligence and ignorance to the problem lead me to doing so.

Pros

We were attracted by the price. I have now found many other better alternatives.

Cons

They did not know how to properly set up the SMS which delayed our ability to use SMS. It has been over two months and we still haven't been able to send a single text to users and they are denying any sort of refund.

We have used SMS Magic since about 2017 and they have enabled us to send 1-1 and 1-many messages, via Campaigns, to all of our audiences. Very simple to use messaging capability within Salesforce itself, too.

Pros

SMS Magic integrates seamlessly in Salesforce. SMS Magic does all the initial set up to create the Process Builders to Task the right people and have the conversations show up in the right page layouts.

Cons

You have to really watch their billing. It rarely matches what you are quoted but they will fix it when you point it out.
