Lyssna is a complete research platform, offering a broad range of testing features including:
Five second testing - Allows you to quickly test the effectiveness of your landing pages, messaging and designs by showing users a screenshot for just five seconds and then asking them questions about what they saw.
First click testing - Measures how well users can navigate a design by asking them to click on specific elements.
Surveys - Be confident in the decisions you make by collecting user feedback validating your assumptions with your target customers.
Navigation testing - Helps you optimize user flows by asking users to complete specific tasks on a design and tracking their progress.
Prototype testing with Figma - Learn how users navigate your interactive Figma prototypes at every stage of the design process, to discover what to improve before you ship.
Card sorting - Use both open and closed card sorting to discover how to organize and label your content in a way that makes sense to your audience.
Tree testing - Use tree testing to assess and refine your information architecture. Understand how users expect to navigate and find the information they are looking for, and why.
Preference testing - Understand what your audience prefers by asking participants to choose from multiple options in response to your specific question.
Participant recruitment - When it comes to participant recruitment, Lyssna allows you to test with your own users with a customizable recruitment link or access your target audience via their extensive panel. With an average of 30 minute order completion, you can access over 690,000 people across 120+ countries, 55 languages and with 395+ demographics or attributes users can target by job function, industry or company size.
Interviews - Easily organize, manage, and book participants for moderated studies. Connect multiple calendars and add co-hosts then integrate with your Zoom account to automatically assign meeting links. Recruit the right people for your study, quickly and easily. Whether its self-recruiting from your own network or recruiting from the Lyssna Panel. Manage and track your participants in a single view and lastly store and analyze your feedback.
Screeners: Make sure that you’re gathering feedback from participants who meet your specific criteria, leading to more targeted and relevant insights.
Recordings: See the experience through the eyes of your users. Record audio, screen, webcam, or a combo of all three to capture users’ think-aloud moments during unmoderated tests.

A solid choice for unmoderated testing.

Overall, it's been a good tool to help with unmoderated testing and can help get people who aren't involved in the process more excited.
Pros
UsabilityHub makes unmoderated test pretty easy. It also lets you purchase credits to pay for tests. This can make things simple when you don't do a ton of unmoderated testing, but need to do some.
Cons
I don't have any huge cons. For the price, it's great. I wish they had some more features, but they add more all the time.

I've been using Lyssna (formerly Usability Hub) for over 2 years. I've consistently been impressed by the speed and quality of responses for the many many different varieties of tests I'm able to setup. The ability to launch and get results for preference tests, first-click tests, or simple design surveys by EOD has been amazing not only in assisting our design team, but it promoting buy-in for research in general.
Pros
Easy to use. Very fast - both in regards to study setup and results.
Cons
Lacks some of the deeper audience filters present in other survey platforms.

It is a cheap way to get some testing in, but there are better platforms.

It is a quick and easy way to get some insight on web designs, but again not a make or break outcome.
Pros
I like how quick and accessible the tests are to set up. They give you 5 preset tests which is useful, especially for people who don't have much user testing experience.
Cons
The quality of participants is really not reliable and makest he over all outcome of the test questionable. Also they limit you to the 5 tests they provide with not much customization.

It's been my go-to tool for quick turn-around feedback from 'strangers'. I'm able to customise some general panel requirements.
Pros
How easy to use and the options available for different types of surveys and usability tests. Honestly it's one of the easiest tools out there and should be a must for any designer/researcher.
Cons
Credits can add up, but at least it gives you freedom without being constricted to a monthly plan. In the Demographics settings (customising panel recruiting), I wish there was an option of 'all BUT X' so I don't have to select/include several of a demographic's categories just so one is excluded.
