Overall, my experience with Instacart has been positive, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and convenient way to grocery shop.
Pros
the ability to order groceries online and have them delivered to my doorstep, which saves me a lot of time and effort.
Cons
that sometimes items may be out of stock or substitutions may be made without notifying me before hand.

You can pay by month or pay yearly for instacart delivery! Its not too expensive, it's definitely cheaper in the long run because you're saving time and gas. My overall experience is fairly good! Other than the charges for delivery and service fees which being a paid member of Instacart you pay cheaper fees and don't pay for delivery fees if a paid member! Other than this, it's a wonderful place to use for places available to shop online at. I recommend this to those that are too busy to shop themselves or for those who don't have the means to get to places themselves!
Pros
Instacart is very easy to use! There's different places that are available to shop. What I love most about Instacart is being able to stay in touch the entire time my shopper is shopping for me. I Enjoy being able to add more to my list of I forget something and I enjoy them trying to find something else if the item was unavailable that I requested!
Cons
The one thing I dislike about Instacart is the different fees. There's fees for delivery service with each order. Which I feel we shouldn't have to pay if you're already a paying member. The other negative factor is the prices are usually a bit higher than if you was to shop yourself, to make up for instacart paying the shoppers. However, isn't that the reason we pay for the service to begin with? Otherwise, why do we pay for the Instacart.

I am 71, handicapped. Today, my order arrived missing six items, Fouritems from the deli. The shopper texted me stating "the deli is closed".This was at 10am. I called the deli. It opened today at 7am. The shopperlied, to avoid waiting in line. Also missing 28 oz. can of tomatoes. Icalled; the store had plenty.I emailed customer service at Instacart several times, asked them toredeliver the missing items so I could eat. They told me they were sorry,but they cannot re-deliver. The cost to me is an additional delivery feeof $7.99, an additional service fee of $2.49, plus tip, $3.00I summation: Shopper lied, then customer service (after four attempts),asked me to spend $13.48 more for their mistake.It’s unconscionable

Pros
I love how i dont have to go to the grocery store at times. All i have to do is order on the app and sit and wait for someone to bring my groceries.
Cons
I hate that it costs so much. The delivery fees are ridiculous, some of the delievers have bad manners, also they dont wanna help you get your groceries out if there car.

Great Software When All Is Functioning Normally

Pros
I love that we can have our office's perishables delivered from trusted sources and without a trip to the grocery store. Prices are marked up but not unreasonably so.
Cons
The customer service for anything beyond a missing item is atrocious. If you have an order problem, that is usually handled with a few clicks quickly and efficiently. If you are honest and not abusing "missing items" you're credited right away. If you have any problem that involves a human and not AI, it is an endless cycle of being bounced between chats with no substantial answers/fixes. The customer service has made me contemplate canceling once.
