Funnel has embraced our requests for new product features, accepted our criticism and ideas, offered countless one-on-one and group training sessions, produced personalized training materials, and so forth. They clearly place a high priority on long-term customer relationships, seek to provide dependable workflows, solutions, and connections, and ultimately care about our success.
Pros
Compared to other CRM systems I've tested, it's more user-friendly and offers more user-specific settings. Prospect outreach and acquisition have never been more reliable thanks to automated email and SMS auto-marketing responses and insightful, significant, and prospect-converting discussions with Funnel's Virtual Leasing Agent and ChatBot. Funnel has communication covered, from encouraging prospects to self-schedule tours to telling potential residents that their application has been approved.
Cons
The deployment of Funnel is a complicated procedure, but it can be successfully completed with the guidance and support of your account's designated Customer Success Manager, who is responsible for overseeing the whole implementation process, and Funnel's easily available Support Team.

Generally, Funnel has built the best picture for data connection all over the marketing fields. Data sharing with relevant market is a key achievement for me. I find Funnel quite impressive in enhancing marketing strategies. I would highly recommend Funnel.

From my experience, Funnel is truly dedicated to its customers, anticipating future growth and development. Funnel has welcomed our product feature requests, feedback and suggestions, provided numerous one-on-one and group training sessions, created custom training documents, and the list goes on. It's clear they value long-term client partnerships, strive for resilient integrations, workflows, and solutions, and ultimately our success.
Overall, Funnel has earned our trust and confidence through its product and partnership. Our experience has been personable, incredibly beneficial, and a blast!

Funnel's omnichannel communication platform enables agents to effectively and efficiently build prospect relationships, all from one central interface. All voice, email, and SMS communications are documented, organized, and easy to review.
Funnel's slew of automation and A.I. features takes the CRM's level of productivity over the top. With automatic email and SMS auto-marketing replies and intelligent, meaningful, and prospect-converting conversations using Funnel's Virtual Leasing Agent and ChatBot, prospect coverage and conversion have never been so consistent.
From inviting prospects to self-schedule tours to informing future residents of their application's approval, Funnel has communication covered. Agents have the tools to stay focused on closing and building meaningful rapport while tailoring each prospect's renter-centric experience.
