Mapiq is an online smart-office platform designed to improve space efficiency and flexibility for offices, buildings, and facilities. The platform utilizes the IoT to better manage spaces. Users can use a mobile app to instantly check whether a workstation is available, and facility managers can utilize the software to gain better insight into the use of building space.

Mapiq uses smart technology and sensors to send information to the platform. 3D models of a building can be imported into the platform, along with other available facilities. The sensors can process information and send it directly to the model to display in the app.

The program is AVG compliant. Users can control the sharing of locations and personal data. Users can access the system without any number of login limitations. Mapiq software provides its own sensors, but third-party hardware can be used with the system. Thanks to API integrations, many different hardware and software applications can be linked to the platform.
