Pros
I find the PDA Assessment tool to be incredibly practical and user-friendly. It generates valuable feedback that helps users identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
Cons
Occasionally, the report returns as invalid without a clear explanation. While this doesn’t happen often, it can lead to some confusion, and we’ve had clients who needed to retake the assessment a few times.
