Pros
We’ve seen and used a lot of KYC tools, but Incode is different in a very good way. The onboarding process is straightforward, doesn’t make things complicated for no reason, and it just works. What stood out to us is how easy it makes everything feel while still keeping things tight security-wise.
Cons
From what we saw and used, Incode seems to have everything working great. There wasn’t anything to complain about.

Overall a great KYC product, miles ahead of most competition. Roadmap is great, so we consider it quite future proof. Price is a bit higher, but worth it.
Pros
The support we have from Incode is really top notch, its feels more like a partnership and not a vendor-client relationship. The team from Incode helped us customize the workflows exactly how we need to in order to have less fricition for good customers and more friction for the ones who are potentially trying to take advantage. Technolgy is great, AI powered passive liveness works incredibly well and the roadmap for the product is promising.
Cons
No problems with the platform for the last 2 years, some hiccups are there, sure, but the CS team is fast to respond and correct whatever is needed.

Very fast and reliable passive liveness detection
Getting facial recognition and passive liveness up and running was relatively easy. It's really good at verifying if someone was a real person without making them do anything special, which makes it versitale to be implemented in various scenarios. It's pretty accurate and fast, cutting down on security worries and making life easier for our legitimate users. I'm happy with how it's worked out for us.
I haven’t had any problems with the platform, everything that we tried worked as promised.
Ensuring the users are verified and stopping any spoofing attempts.
Pros
It was a bunch of really easy to use features that make it quite good to be implemented in more than one situation.

Great expecience, good support team, helped us onboard more players quicker and solve the issue of duplicate account creation.
Pros
Easy to set up as the CS team is great, a lot of modules and functionality so the support is important to set it up properly. Fast onboarding, as this is crucial for iGaming industry we needed the fastest solution on the market, but still very capable when it comes to stopping fraud.
Cons
Nothing, all good. As there as many modules you need Incode's support to set it up properly. So this might be a con for very small organisations, but not for us.

Pros
Incode has been a good choice for us when updating customer payment details or catching fraud. We added Incode to our website without a problem, and it works well with our other systems. The best part is that it doesn’t get in the way of our customers just trying to shop.
Cons
It took our team a bit to get the flow just perfect so we don’t slow the experience of customers too much.
